This HUGE & beautiful 3100 Sq feet home sits right near Huntsville's nature preserve. Sit in the screened porch in the back to watch deer come and go throughout the day. With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an awesome Rec Room with a ping pong table, there is enough living space for big groups - families and friends alike! Living here and watching the deer is a super unique experience, one you can enjoy in the comforts of your home!
This home features 2 living rooms, each equipped with 55" smart TV's for streaming Netflix, Youtube and more! Rec room has a full competition sized ping pong table as well as various games for all to enjoy. All cookware and utensils included in the kitchen for you to make your own meals. For your peace of mind, all sheets, pillowcases, and towels are washed prior to your stay. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place to protect against COVID-19. You can rest easy knowing you're in good hands. Please unwind and relax in this beautiful home for vacation or for work.
Guests will have the access to the entire home.
I'm not available in person, but am just a text/call away if you need anything!
This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In order to maintain the peace, we ask that you keep noise levels down outside and refrain from playing loud music out of respect to our neighbors.
Parking can be found on the driveway leading to the garage. Street parking is not available. The driveway is large enough for 6 cars.
Please do not disturb the wildlife that may come visit (deer and squirrels). You may leave some deer corn out to attract the deer (can be purchased at local Walmart), but do not try to catch or disturb these animals as they are protected by state law.
Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events.
Smoking is only permitted outside of the home.
Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home.
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.
