Awesome Holiday Stay

We stayed for a week at this lovely home and it was just perfect. The owner was available for inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend it! Close to lots of things, yet far enough away to have quiet, restful evenings.

Oasis in Tatum Ranch

Even with a late checkin, our host was very helpful and easy. Well stocked kitchen and grill. One mile walk from restaurants at Tatum & Dynamite. We will definitely go back!

Great place!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The communication with Steve was quick, easy and super responsive. Well stocked with games and all kitchen items. Would highly recommend this place in southern Cave Creek/north Phoenix area.

Perfection in Cave Creek

We had a wonderful stay at Steve's place in Cave Creek. The house was very nice, clean, and quiet. Everything is updated and the house beautifully and comfortably furnished, with many added extras, like an Alexa in each room, a bar, an office, and even an outdoor tv, fire pit table, and a gas grill in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable, the home was well-stocked with towels, blankets, soaps, and more, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, safe, and was within 10 minutes of many restaurants and stores, on the outskirts of the city of Phoenix, and close (10 to 20 minutes) to many different hiking and biking trails and parks. Great location, a very nice, accommodating, and thoughtful host, and a fully outfitted, gorgeous home--Everything to make a vacation perfect!

Just a great all around comfortable place

We rented from Steve for 2 months and couldn’t stop talking about how lucky we were to find this home. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, spacious, clean and well stocked. Hi tech with smart tv’s and Alexa. Love the fun back yard with the gas fire pit, bbq and putting green. We will definitely want to rent again from Steve. He was very accommodating to add the Sports channels we needed to watch for Match Madness college basketball tournament!

Best of the Best

Steve's home was not only beautiful, but warm and inviting; it's such a cozy home and has all the "smart" appliances and cooling/heating upgrades!!! Our impression upon entering the home for the first time was: "WOW"! We've traveled Europe extensively and have used VRBO versus hotels - Steve's home is by far one of the BEST we have stayed in. The outside Putting Green kept us all entertained and a bit competitive during our Holiday Vacay. Most appreciated was Steve's offer to have his Christmas Tree up for me since I'm such a Christmas fanatic!! Just Beautiful!!!! We can't thank Steve enough for his hospitality and we will return in the future!!! Thank you Steve! Julie and family

We stayed in this lovely Cave Creek home for 2 weeks in November. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host couldn't have been nicer and was immediately responsive to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Steve!!

Worked Perfectly For Us

This house worked perfectly for us. Quiet ... (at least until our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren arrived)... and spacious. We loved the back yard... putting green, outdoor tv, gas grill, etc, and took full advantage of all. The indoor living area is very open and family friendly. The house owner met us upon arrival for a helpful, informative, walk-through of the house and was readily available, but never intrusive, to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again during future trips to the Phoenix area.

I so enjoyed my stay in Steve’s property. The house was perfect. The location was great and very quiet. The house was very clean and well equipped. If possible I would return. Close to Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Sedona ( 60-70 miles). Near by hiking/ biking trails, shopping and lots of golf courses .

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Single story, very cozy and comfortable, well decorated, Alexa friendly. Back yard is safe, very clean, golfer, kid and pet friendly. Comfortable beds with linen washed and or replaced often. In general a very clean home in a quite neighborhood.
