Great stay on the slopes

Perfect property for our two families with 5 kids. Very efficient use of space. Very convenient to get in and out and easy to get to the slope. The kids loved the pool. Host is very accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

The property was clean and super accessible to the resort. It was our first trip to Okemo and this property was very central and easy to navigate the mountain. Andy was helpful and communicative but not overly so. I would recommend to others.

Fantastic ski weekend

My family spent a wonderful weekend here over Easter. The condo was perfect! So clean and well-appointed. Andrew communicated all details (many, which was very helpful) and the entire stay was delightful. Even the neighbors were friendly! The condo is less than a minute walk to A Quad lift and slopes. You can’t get a better location for skiing. Wood paneled entrance with cubbies made booting up a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We just got back from a great stay here; 3 adult women and 2 little girls. The set up worked out great for us! Our plan was to eat breakfast & dinner in the unit & lunch on the hill. Although the kitchen was a bit small, it was everything we needed; really well equipped with kitchen supplies, cookware, serving ware, small appliances, etc., and open to the living area for apres’ & family time. We always love a wood burning fireplace and wood was plentiful, although naturally we only used it for a few hours in the evening. The online description of the room configuration is not quite how we found it. The Master BR had a king & its own bathroom with full tub & shower. The remaining 2 BRs each adjoined to a shared full bathroom. The bunk room slept 4-5; one bunk with a double on the bottom & twin on top. The second bunk was twin both on top & bottom. The 3rd BR was either a double or queen. The indoor pool & hot tub building were a short walk past the woodshed; maybe 2 min. The in-unit W/D were helpful to dry wet swimsuits & towels. The walk to the slopes was easy, maybe 2/3 minutes. The combined living/dining space was open & roomy. The living space & master looked out over a private wooded area with a small outdoor patio which we did not use. All windows had decent & working shades for light control/privacy.

Loved the Stay! Beautiful Place!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is well kept and spacious. The Okemo mountain resort and the activities are only a short drive away. The house owner was responsive and kind. We will undoubtedly return here again.

Great Condo / Issue w Window and Checkout

Very easy check-in with great pre-arrival details, restaurant recs, and contact from the owner. Fantastic location on side of mountain. Unit was fairly clean though kitchen cabinets and drawers could use some attention and some of dishes and pans were dirty. Overall, comfortable unit for 2 families traveling with kids ages 5, 6, and 7. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the seal of one of the windows in the bunk room - we were there during a very windy and cold weekend and it snowed about an inch on the windowsill. We blasted the heat but could not get the temp of that room above low 60’s. Owner mentioned a space heater but didn’t make a difference. Had to relocate the children. Far from ideal situation for the price we were paying. Also, checkout was demanding for both high price of rental w high cleaning fee - we had to start dishwasher on quick cycle (no problem at all), refill supply of firewood from across the parking lot (ok, but odd), and also put in a load of laundry before we left because cleaners had a tight turnaround. Felt like the owner was rushing us out as he mentioned a few times that other guests were coming that afternoon so we needed to be out by 11 sharp (and finished w all our chores by then). Cleaning fee seemed high for all these requests on top of our having to relocate the children for the window issue which led to even more clean up. Unfortunately, never got an apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I understand things happen, but as an owner, you should probably acknowledge that something’s amiss if there’s an inch of snow in the room. Overall though, it was still fun and if location is a priority, it’s a great spot on the mountain.

We had a really nice time at this condo. It was clean and welcoming. It was a bit of a walk to the lifts but nothing you can’t handle if you are young/in good shape (not me). There are also a lot of stairs, so just know that even though it is a first floor unit. Andrew was nice to work with, thank you!

We recently stayed at this terrific condo right next to the slopes (2 minute walk to the lifts). Great location, clean and modern. Owner very nice, always available, easy to reach and quick to respond.

Definitely recommend it!

It was a nice clean place. I do recommend it, especially in the winter time the ski lifts are literally steps away. The week that we were there the scenic lift was closed, I would have liked to go on it. We still enjoy the stay very much. Thank you Andrew for good service.

Private stay on the mountain

Stayed at the condo with my husband, our 3 kids (ages 3-9), and my dad. We had plenty of space for everyone. The amenities and kitchen were all great! Host was very responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at other areas on the mountain and love the location of winter place best. The indoor pool was great, we had it to ourselves the entire week! My husband and daughter did mountain biking and the chairlift and trails are all right at winter place. It was perfect! We can’t wait to go back next year.

Quiet and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. It is clean and have everything that we need. It is quiet and convenient. It is closes to many places. We went mountain biking, swam in the lake and water falls, played mini golf, horse back riding, etc. We recommended this place.
