*Kettlebrook (H Bldg) on Okemo Mountain, 2 floor loft condo w/ vaulted ceilings- 1,246 sq ft

*True Ski In/Ski Out via beginner trails- deck overlooks Bull Run Trail (ski home for lunch!)

*Master Loft has King bed and 2nd BR has 4 twin bunk beds

*Wood burning fireplace (wood provided)

*Fully equipped kitchen for family meals including Keurig, dishwasher, toaster

*Washer/Dryer in unit

*Work from home desk space in upstairs loft

This ski on/ski off condo is located in the H building of Kettlebrook directly on the Bull Run Trail and approx. 1.5 miles away from Ludlow center. No need to pack up kids or lug your skis/snowboard from the parking lot, just walk directly behind the building and ski a short distance to A/B Quad Lift at Clocktower base area. The Waffle Cabin is nearby or just pop off the trail for lunch . After a day of skiing, use the fully equipped kitchen for a family dinner followed by board games by the wood burning fireplace.

Definitely one of the best ski on/ski off condos we rented. It was a true home away from home, where condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Location, comfort, and response of owners was truly the best. It was such a wonderful weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

Great slopeside condo

The hosts thought about everything. Just bring your food and clothes. Fully stocked with all your needs and more. Very comfortable beds, even the bunk beds were plush with soft sheets. Clean and comfortable furniture! Modern kitchen with beautiful tiles in kitchen and baths. We’ll be booking again next year!

True Ski In/Ski out

Wonderful townhouse for our family vacation. Would highly recommend. Clean, well stocked and cozy. It is conveniently located on a green trail that we could pop in and out for lunch or a break during the day of skiing. Thank you for sharing your property so we could memories.

Amazing find!

Lauren and John’s place was perfect! It was immaculate and beautiful decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. We were able to board down to the lifts from the house. We were very happy with our stay here and cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful, Modern Condo directly on the ski trail!

We had a great stay at Lauren and John's condo at Kettle Brook. The place was immaculate and very modern. We have young kids and they loved having their own room with bunkbeds. The location was very convenient, right off the ski trail, and stone's throw to the Clocktower base lodge. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return again next ski season!

Great Kettlebrook Condo

We’ve stayed in Kettlebrook many times. We appreciated the nice updates and all the extra touches (well stocked pantry w/coffee, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, paper products). We had a lovely fall weekend and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Great ski on / ski off

Wonderful weekend at the Kettlebrook condo. Location couldn’t be better toward the bottom of the mountain and right on a run. Made ski school drop off super easy. Condo was the best appointed we’ve had at Okemo and we’ve been to a bunch.

We just finished our fourth back to back weekend at the Okemo condo. It was amazing and we are very grateful for the modern, cozy, ski on /ski off set up! Hope to return again soon.
