The outdoor living space is perfect for warm Florida summer days with a private swimming pool and spa for the entire family to enjoy as well as a built in summer kitchen with a grill, fire pit, and incredible golf course views. This home also provides a home theater with a PS4 video game console and a pool table in the upper floor loft area for all your entertainment needs.

Great Getaway

Our family enjoyed a week long stay of memories, fun and sun. Kids loved the pool, putt putt and movie room. Plenty of room to spread out and chill. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at Reunion. The house was amazing! Photos don’t do it justice.The pool area is great and the pool was very warm.Could have done with a couple more loungers though.When we arrived the coffee machine had a crack in it, but called the host and they came straight away to change it. Our experience couldn’t of been better at the property, we absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this property and Reunion.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was quick to respond and so accommodating. The pool was a little too warm when we got there and she had someone out that same day to adjust the temperature. The kids loved the game room and the themed bedrooms. We are planning on coming back.

Family Vacation

It was an excellent location to stay. Only problem was trying to reach out to the property manager to see about getting into the property and never received a call or email back. That being said, I messaged the property owner and she called me back right away. Very helpful!!

Great House & Owner is Super Friendly & Helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and stocked with the essentials, like toilet paper and bath and body products. The kids absolutely LOVED their rooms. The only issue we had was with pool heat but the owner of the home was extremely quick to respond and get the issue fixed. We appreciated that; good customer service goes a long way. Definitely recommend this home for your next family trip. We would love to return.

No working AC

On Thursday the air conditioner thermostat stopped working and was never fixed. We attempted to contact the property manager and owner with no success. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and heat we experienced.

Lovely house in great neighbourhood

This was a lovely house. It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook for the family. The pool area was great and received sun throughout the day-increasing by the evening. The house looks onto the golf course which is pretty. We didn't need the princess bedroom but I did note the beds were small in there and it would not have been good for the teenagers. The owner was very communicative and the local management company were excellent, allowing us a slightly later check out when work calls took over. There were 2 contradictory signs for when to take the trash out and it would be helpful to remove the incorrect one. We did note the restaurants and water park are all quite a distance away and not a gentle stroll away, not a problem since we had a car but the resort was a lot bigger than we imagined it would be. Disney was an easy drive-under 20 minutes and there is a toll free way if you select that option on the sat-nav. All in all would highly recommend this house

It was the perfect house for any age range. Kids and adults all liked it. We barely left the house everyone enjoyed it so much. The owner was great too. Always replied to my messages. Would definitely come back!

The home was great and the location perfect for a Disney experience.

Great stay

We really enjoyed ourselves. We didn’t realize that the beds in the Princess room are smaller than twins, so we had 4 kids sharing the bunk room, but it worked out. Great amenities onsite. Everyone enjoyed the pool & game room. As is the case with other Reunion homes, the hot tub spills into the pool, so you either choose to have a really hot pool or a really cool hot tub. Host is very responsive.

Exceptionally FUN

My family and myself has been coming down to Reunion Resort for the past 5 years.. minus last year because of COVID-19. The house is by far the prettiest and is just filled with entertainment.. from watching movies in the theater room to great grandpa and great granddaughter (ages 80 & 5) battling is out on the dual race car games.. a little bit of poker and billiards and an awesome time was had by all in the pool! This is the first time we have been down there and actually had a heated pool and hot tub.. we are just so pleased with the Management company and the owners! Thank you so much for all of your hospitality!

Dirty/Nothing worked

I booked this home for my daughters 6th birthday I arrived 1 hour early I tried To get early check in reached out to the property managers they didn’t answer then reached out to the owner who was very irritated and couldn’t help. The fire pit did not work the rooms were filthy stains on the floors and dressers the pillows were dirty. Maintenence guy came just to tell me things were broken he couldn’t fix anything. The pool lights did not work and my kids enjoy swimming at night. One bedroom tv didn’t work maintenence guy told me someone stole the roku but it was never replaced because no one else ever complained about it. I do Not recommend this home. I would Not stay again!

First of all, early check-in must be requested at least a day before arrival. This guest was very upset because her request was not granted soon after complaints started pouring in. As for our communication with our guests, we have very good ratings. Our guests are made aware from the beginning that we are available 24 hours a day. I (owner) always give my telephone number to my guest and always tell them to call me if they cannot reach management. The home was super clean before this guest arrived. Management always sends me (owner)a video of their final cleaning and I have to approve. While in the home the guest requested management for a clogged toilet when management arrived the toilet was clogged because a whole roll of paper toilet was inside the toilet. After the guest left the home, the place was filthy and the pool and pool area was full of confetti which was very hard to clean. The theme rooms full of food and drinks which are not allow. Sorry we couldn't satisfy your needs as we try really hard to satisfy all of our guest. How I (owner) wish all of our guest would treat this home as their own😔

Family Friendly Villa packed with amenities

We have stayed at many resort properties in the Kissimmee area, and this was by far our favorite! Belkis, the owner, called to make sure we were able to check in and to see if we needed anything. The home included every amenity we could possibly need in a week (we did contact the property manager regarding an issue with the dishwasher and they were going to send someone out to repair but we declined to have it serviced during our stay). Our kids, ages 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14, were entertained by the large pool and game room, as well as the pool table upstairs. We were also able to enjoy the resort waterpark for a couple of days, which did not disappoint! Reunion is a safe, gated community within a few miles of grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. It is conveniently located near I-4 and Disney as well. We loved the sushi restaurant within the Reunion Grande Hotel! We would definitely stay at a Reunion property again. A big thanks to our owner, Belkis, for making us feel right at home.
