Ce grand et joliment décoré est parfait pour vous et votre famille élargie ou vos amis. Le premier étage comprend une suite parentale, avec un lit king et un lit double. Profitez de la terrasse privée par les portes coulissantes en verre. Le deuxiÚme étage dispose de 3 chambres. Un lit queen avec salle de bain privée et balcon. Une chambre avec 2 lits simples partage une baignoire et une terrasse dans le couloir. Chambre 3 a un lit queen

Le troisiÚme étage est le salon. Une télévision grand écran, avec de nombreux siÚges. Il y a une grande salle à manger pour profiter de grands dßners en famille. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a aussi un coin petit-déjeuner. Les balcons à l'avant et à l'arriÚre du condo vous offrent plus d'espace pour profiter du beau temps. Le quatriÚme étage a un lit king, une salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse à l'arriÚre de la maison.

We can’t say enough positive things about this house and Dewey! The location is fantastic! Quick walk to all bars/restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood off the Main Street. There were 10 of us for a bachelorette weekend and we had plenty of space to relax and get ready. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was wonderful for a group vacation! Walkable to everything, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook and grill large meals. When one of the smoke detectors started beeping from a low battery, the host was extremely responsive to get it fixed. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and tidy. The dryer wasn't working, but they were accommodating and allowed us to use the other unit's dryer.They have everything you need for a beach stay.

Big, pretty nice house in loud neighborhood

We stayed for a week that included July 4th. The house accommodated our large group and it was close to the beach, but there were people partying loudly every night at neighboring houses.

Robin and Heather are fantastic hosts. Awesome house great location to all the bars and restaurants. Annual girlfriends Dewey vacation was a huge success thank you for a wonderful gathering place to laugh and celebrate!

Fantastic trip

Very accommodating house for a group of 12. Dewey Beach is a fantastic spot! The owners of the house are very communicative and friendly and provide detailed instructions for the property. 12 out of 10 stars!

Bachelorette Bash

Robin and Heather's place was the perfect place for my sister's bachelorette weekend! Not only was there plenty of space to eat and sleep, but the house was within walking distance of everything- beach, bars, and food! The house was perfect for our group and would be amazing for anyone with a large group looking for a clean, welcoming home to stay in Dewey!

Beautiful and great location!

The house was so gorgeous and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and shower and eat comfortably. We did have some boxes of pastries that weren’t sealed and we ended up with some sugar ants but easily handled. Otherwise absolutely perfect and super close to the main strip!

Great multi-family house

Excellent location with easy walk to beach. Some decent restaurants within walking distance too. The multiple levels for the bedrooms was perfect for our 4-generation family with quiet and private spaces for all. If you have young toddlers, consider bringing 2 gates for stairs safety from the main living space. Decks are really great. Overall a really nice experience and we would absolutely stay again.

The good thing about this property is how close it is to the beach and restaurants , all walking distance.If you concerned about cleanliness
that’s another thing.Be careful trying to open the sliding doors screen, because probably they will fall down.If you want to do some barbecue
 probably better bring your own discussing dirty.Over all just try to have a good time.

Great location

Great location close to beach and downtown and can hold large group. Easy check in and clear communication with host. However, they do not provide linens or towels or basic bathroom amenities such as soap / shampoo / toilet paper. Was not convenient and added more $ to trip, but overall got the job done for what we needed.

Great group house

Perfect house for a big group - the living room was very spacious and with the deck right off it with grill, it was ideal for activities. Lots of deck spaces as some have noted, could use some more furniture as they're a little "bare bones." The master bedroom has a trundle under it so two twins there that you can roll away from each other - communication with host was great. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, but there wasn't extra toilet paper, paper towels, or cleaning spray which we thought was odd. Overall, would stay again!

Bring your house to the beach

This property is in a great location, was clean and perfect for a large group traveling to Dewey. Unfortunately, the owners DO NOT PROVIDE BED SHEETS OR TOWELS. The outdoor grill also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Would not recommend this spot for a group flying in from out of town due to the amount of essential items that aren’t provided.

Perfect spot!

The location was excellent- we could walk easily all around Dewey. It was a quiet street, with easy access to the town. The bedrooms were spacious, varied and the beds comfortable. It was wonderful to have so many bathrooms too. I appreciated the extra touches- hand soap and toilet paper to get started. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and this was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Excellent location for outlet shopping or beach. Roomy enough for our party of 10 women. The place was clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed our stay!

2 night stay

The dryer was drying something and caught fire. And the sliding glass door handle on lower level came off- seems it is missing hardware on the back (outside) part And high winds caused some rear siding to come off and dangle during our visit Place was great. ONLy suggestion would be to replace the carpet. It is gross and in bad shape. As a rental it should be hardwood bc easier to clean and maintain But Robin was VERY responsive the entire time as we kept him abreast of the dryer and siding and sliding glass door lock set

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an awesome weekend stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. The property is bigger than it looks in the photos online. It was clean, spacious, and a great location. Would definitely come back and recommend for a group!

Perfect for a big group

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The property is so much bigger in person then in pictures. There was more than enough space for 14 women. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Highly recommend!
