Torch Lake Sandbar Directly Across The Street With Outdoor Dock Slip Unit B

Recently remodeled! This quaint two bedroom one bath duplex style home is located on the beautiful Torch River Bayou. It is across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar. With the pullout couch this apartment sleeps six people. If you are a larger group we recommend renting out both units. Two cars are allowed per unit. We provide trailer parking offsite.

This is a weekly rental from mid June-August that rents from Friday to Friday. Outside of these months shorter rentals are allowed.

We recommend taking your boat to enjoy the gorgeous Torch water. We do have a rental pontoon and tritoon on the property so feel free to inquire about rates and dates for that also!

We do not allow pets, smoking, fireworks, or outdoor fire-pits. Please note there are outdoor surveillance cameras for your added security.

The rentals are in walking distance of ice cream, pizza, a restaurant, and liquor store. The rentals are 5 minutes drive from Alden, 15 minutes away from Elk Rapids, and 35 minute away from Traverse City. This area has attractions for everyone. Wine tasting, breweries, golfing, hiking, shopping, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and boating are just a few attractions.

Property owners and boat slip renters do access the boat house. The upper deck on top of the rentals are included however the rooftop on top of the boat house is not included in the rental.
