The villa was bright and plenty of room. I love the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location was fabulous and close to the beach.

Our family had a great time with our stay at 1 turtle lane club. We were happy with our clean everything was and how easily accessible it was to the beach. Appreciated that the house was stocked with spices, dish soap , hand soaps in the bathrooms and laundry pods if needed ( we brought our own) honestly the place had everything we needed and more. Would recommend this home Laura was a great host and we appreciated her sharing her home.

Wonderful Spot!

My family absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The owners were so friendly and easy to communicate with. This home was so clean and roomy. The best part, I could easily walk my 3 year old to the beach. The location is perfect and convenient to rent bikes and quickly ride to Harbour Town. My kids were so upset to leave. We will definitely rent this place next year

The Perfect Place

Perfect place. Turtle Lane one of only a few places from which a very short walk will get you to the beach. Parking at the Beach Club is a nightmare for renters. Thank you for your lovly home.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Lane Club. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was perfect - quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and pool, easy access to the bike path, and a short drive to many good restaurants. All of the information from our host was clear and timely. We had great weather and enjoyed everything about Hilton Head!

Perfect property in Hilton Head

Our family loved staying at 1 Beach Lagoon. We’ve stayed in Hilton Head for various vacations for 20 years, and this property was perfect for a spring beach vacation. The host, Laura, was so communicative, thorough, and responsive. It was a joy to work with her. The property was lovely. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot for a relaxing week without hassle or worry.

The property is in great condition with all the necessary amenities ranging from plenty of towels and extra pillows to all the right kitchen supplies to make you feel at home if you’re choosing to eat-in. An easy 2-minute walk to the beach for activities while being able to come back and relax on the back porch facing the lagoon filled with interesting wildlife. Laura (owner) was excellent to work with and very accommodating with our needs and requests. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to HHI.

Perfect location and layout.

Enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The unit was very close to the beach (just crossed the parking lot and you were at beach access) and the section of the beach we were closest to was very not crowded. Enjoyed renting bikes and biking to everything from the Pickleball Courts to Harris Teeter. The unit itself had great space, a bathroom for each bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked. We could not have been any happier. Host responded quickly to our pre-trip questions and check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

High Quality

This end-unit (read: tons of windows/light) is absolutely perfect: quiet corner lot (yet just steps to pool, beach access) is modern, super clean & in exceptionally well maintained. All furnishings & appointments are in excellent condition, and the owner is super-responsive and pleasant. We WILL be back.

Loved the townhouse, so close to the beach. Loved the beach and ocean so much we never used the outdoor pools which looked great. Beds are very comfortable. All the kitchen supplies we needed. The owner responded to all questions prior to the visit, never needed to contact the owner during the stay because everything was perfect.

Nice place, but not the best location in Turtle Lane

Property is very clean and well-set up. Kitchen and bed rooms had everything we needed, although we're not fans of memory foam mattresses, so ended up sleeping in the twin beds. Location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the Sea Pines Beach Club bar and restaurant. The ONLY negative is that it is the very first unit inside the gate, which means the view from all the rooms is of the gate house and street. But we kept the blinds partially closed so not really a problem.
