We spent three days with 11 students for our Beta Convention. It was an excellent choice, and our students loved the venue. One suggestion is to leave a room location diagram so the rooms are easier to locate. We will definitely use this location for future conventions.

The property was our weekend home for 6 families. We get together each year to celebrate Christmas. We were so happy to see the Christmas tree still up. The teens enjoyed having all the indoor activities. An indoor pool, pool tables, golfing area, shuffle board and loads of games. The outdoor grill was perfect for grilling and there was emough space for us all in the dining room. The property is huge. Everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a great weekend.

Beautiful large estate with many option to keep little ones busy! Plenty of bedrooms that weren’t stacked next to each other but spread out in such a way that each family could have their own area to repose. From the very large indoor pool, fishing in the large pond to foosball and pool tables, the family had many memories made. Thank y’all for sharing your multi generational home!

Wonderful retreat

Our family wanted for nothing at this home! Everything was clean and wonderfully kept! Great Vacation House

Jay and the house were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay over Spring Break. Lots of places to spread out. The indoor pool was awesome! If we ever had a question, the owner was quick to respond. We hope to visit here again someday.

Great fit for our large family vacation!

Our family spent Christmas here with 22 guests ranging from 5 years old to 81 years old. Plenty of room for us all. Plenty to do to keep us busy. Kids especially loved the pool. Very good communication with the host. We even received a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus! Great stay!

Wonderful getaway

The house was emaculate. Plenty of room. Great location. We plan on returning next year and extending our stay another night or two. Jay was a wonderful host, great communication, quick to answer any questions I had before and after our stay. Highly recommended for large family or company function.

Because my medical career is focused on wellness my goal in creating "Double Acres" was a family oriented staycation destination. We have family centered activities for every age group. Located on 20 acres with over10,000 square feet of living space there are ample family gathering locations throughout the property. Family bonding is the primary goal. From swimming, fishing, billiards, arcade games, volleyball, basketball, a home gym, foose ball, and even ping pong "Double Acres" has it all. Perfect for small or large family getaways, reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, life celebrations, the reasons to visit "Double Acres" are endless.
