Location of house was perfect. Morning coffee on porch was priceless. Home was very roomy for seven women. Pool was great. Host communication was great. Cleaning ladies went above and beyond in seeing that the iron was replaced as needed. Awesome place.

We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. We love the location and the house is great, has plenty of space for our group of 8. The pool area is wonderful, especially for a few hot days in August. The pool area could use some TLC, needs a good cleaning and some updated furniture would make it even better. Over all we love it at this property and will be back next year.

Very nice home- well equipped and comfortable for our group of 8. The location is ideal- centrally located on the gulf so only a 15-20 drive to get to either end of the Biloxi strip. Our only negative was the hot water- had a very sulfuric smell in the first couple days of our stay. The owner was very helpful and told us how to remedy the situation. We enjoyed our time in Mississippi!

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and nice! It was conveniently located so that we had easy access to get to all the places we wanted to go. Restaurants and stores were close but not too close to loose the beach feel.
