To make your stay pleasant, our house is located a block from the beach with picturesque views of the water. The house is centrally located to all the major attractions for your convenience. The house was recently renovated to make a memorable visit! The house includes, but is not limited to the following:

o Master bedroom suite features a king size bed
o Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and USB ports in
adjacent bedside lamps

o Shared parking with adjacent unit; please park on A side.
o General parking dimension is 25’ wide by 77’ long
including a cover carport that is 25’ wide by 26’ long and
10.50’ high.
• Pet policies
o No more than 2 pets each weighing under 25 lbs.
o Pets not allowed on the furniture
o Pets are not allowed in the house alone unless they are
kenneled
o Pet towels to clean your pet can be found in the laundry
room
o Backyard is completely fenced
