Brand new 5 bedroom house (Sleeps 10) with many available activities in the Town of Rome. Twenty eight hundred square feet of comfort and amenities. Large open kitchen dining and living room space on main level.
Spacious comfortable front porch and back cement patio in beautifully wooded yard.
Lower level walkout finished off with two of the bedrooms and full bath as well as another large TV sitting area. Pool table (coming soon) and Golden Tee arcade game for extra fun.

Within a few miles of Sand Valley Golf Resort's 3 courses as well as Lakes Castle Rock, Petenwell, Camelot, Sherwood, and Arrowhead with 2 more golf courses. Beaches, maintained biking, hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails are among the many area activities. Bring your toys!

Sand Valley Adjacent

Accomodations were perfect for a buddies golf trip. Sand Valley is just a few minutes up the road. The area is serene and relaxing. The house was clean, towels were abundant, and Golden Tee was excellent.

Really nice comfortable place in the woods and near the water.

My son and I just got home from a great Father's day fishing trip here. The house is well stocked with typical household items and has a nice clean appearance inside and out. The owner was very accessible for any questions and/or concerns. We look forward to coming back for sure.

Fantastic House

This was our second stay at the house and it was just as amazing as the first visit!!! The entire house was immaculately clean! The recently finished basement added a perfect space for our older children. The house had anything that we could have needed. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this house or any of Paula's homes!!

A great option a short drive from Sand Valley

We were in the area to cover the Wisconsin State Amateur Championship for the golf Website (WisconsinDotGolf) at Sand Valley Golf Resort. This house more than met our needs! It was peaceful. It was clean. It was peaceful. The WiFi allowed all three of us to work without issue. There are great dining options nearby (we enjoyed Lure and Hoozel's). We would love to come back the next time we are in the Sand Valley/Lake Arrowhead area.

My family has been coming to the Town of Rome for more than four decades.

First we just had a travel trailer on an empty lot. There were lots of campfires with Grandpa and Gram, Aunts and Uncles and cousins after a long day of planting trees or swimming at Lake Arrowhead. Years later we brought in a house at 671 Meadow Lane and we created even more memories.

Now my family is scattered, some in different states, and we've all gotten too busy with life.

So in 2021 I added three new houses on this same street and opened them all up for you to make memories too.

This house is set on a beautiful wooded 2 acre lot. Everything is brand new in 2021 with fresh landscaping around the large front porch and back cement patio. Perfect for lounging around in a comfortable setting after a day filled with many area activities for all ages.
Another house we rent is a short 50' walking distance through the woods and would make a great location to rent both for your group of friends or family to enjoy together. Hang out during the day and sleep in your own house at night.
