Brand new 5 bedroom house (Sleeps 10) with many available activities in the Town of Rome. Twenty eight hundred square feet of comfort and amenities. Large open kitchen dining and living room space.
Spacious comfortable front porch and back cement patio in beautifully wooded yard.
Finished off lower level with 2 of the bedrooms and another TV sitting area. Plenty of space to eat or play games around the table. Separate sink and countertop area for food prep.

Within a few miles of Sand Valley Golf Resort's 3 courses as well as Lakes Castle Rock, Petenwell, Camelot, Sherwood, and Arrowhead with 2 more golf courses. Beaches, maintained biking, hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails are among the many area activities. Bring your toys!

This home had everything you need and it is nice and clean and comfortable. The bedding is excellent and kitchen is well equipped. Perfect place for playing golf at Sand Valley.

Amazing weekend getaway!

My husband, 3yr old, and mom rented this property and it was beautiful! We can’t wait to go back. It was super clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need while away from home. Location was perfect and communication with the owners was super easy and they were very responsive. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family looking to visit the area.

Nice clean and brand new

This place was much better than I expected. It looked brand new when we arrived and was a great place for me and my friends to stay for weekend of golf. The only thing that it was missing is a finished basement so everything is on one floor.

Perfect Low Key Get Away!

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this is it! Tucked away in the timber, it is the perfect place for your family to enjoy the great outdoors. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. Nearby there are local beach options, ATV rentals and plenty of opportunities to fish. We also enjoyed hiking Roche-A-Cri park. This was a great place for a family with 4 with kids aging 8-3 years old. It has plenty of sleeping space and play space. If you need to work remotely the WIFI is good too! Consider this for your next stay in the woods.

Spring fishing trip

Had a great time at the house. Very nice decor and really liked the set up in the house. Only a couple of tweaks and it would be a perfect place to come back to year after year Iike we have been doing for the last 30 years to the petenwell area.

Nekoosa Getaway

This property did not disappoint! House is immaculate. Every amenity was thought of when furnishing the home. The fire pit is great for hanging out at night. My husband and son enjoyed the ATV trails during the day. It’s just a couple of miles from the lake and beach, which were also wonderful. The sunsets cannot be missed there! We will definitely be coming back!!

My family has been coming to the Town of Rome for more than four decades.

First we just had a travel trailer on an empty lot. There were lots of campfires with Grandpa and Gram, Aunts and Uncles and cousins after a long day of planting trees or swimming at Lake Arrowhead. Years later we brought in a house at 671 Meadow Lane and we created even more memories.

Now my family is scattered, some in different states, and we've all gotten too busy with life.

So in 2021 I added three new houses on this same street and opened them all up for you to make memories too.

This house is set on a beautiful wooded 2 acre lot. Everthing is brand new in 2021 with new landscaping around an inviting front porch and back cement patio. Perfect for lounging around in a comfortable setting after a day filled with many area activities for all ages.
Another house we rent is a short 50' walking distance through the woods and would make a great location to rent both for your own group of friends or family to enjoy together. Hang out together during the day and sleep in your own house at night.
