Hidden Oasis with pool and garden


This is a main house with a private front entrance and a vast backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area.
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family-size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have KING-SIZE beds, and the third has two TWIN-SIZE beds.
- TWO bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

Whether you are traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay.
There are many fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherries, plums, and others...all you can eat.
There is also a large-sized crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!
Pool house is owner/family recreational space only (not for tenant use or rental). Tenant access to main house only. You will share parking, the pool, and the backyard with the host.

Fair oaks stay

Stayed here twice now and really enjoyed the clean, very nice house. Pool was great, along with fruit trees. Easy check in/check out. Zergy the owner is awesome. Will stay here again.

Great Place for Large Groups!

The property is beautiful with many seating areas both inside and outside. The kitchen is excellently furnished with cooking equipment. We had most of our meals at the house. It was wonderful to have 4 king sized beds and one room with 2 twin beds. The owner is very responsive to questions. It was a great place and I would stay there again and would highly recommend it.

WOW it was great

The property was so lovely. It was clean and charming. Everything worked properly. Our entire group was pleased and happy and our vacation was great. This was our first family vacation and we could not have found a property more perfect for our configuration of people. The guest house was a bonus and gave us the space we needed for down time. It was truly great!

Lovely place to stay!!

We were visiting the Sacramento area for a family function and found this gem! Having 2 seperate places was perfect for our group. The property has beautiful landscaping that is well maintained. The pool was chilly, as it was April and 85+ degrees so we hopped in anyways! Sergey was very quick to respond to our questions. Will definitely look to stay here next time we are in town!!

This home was perfect for our trip in Sacramento. It was very centralized and convenient for our needs. The whole feel is welcoming and gives off a peaceful feel. The pictures dont do this place justice!! The backyard is gorgeous and well thought out for sitting poolside or just enjoying the evening. Our kids especially loved the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. Check-in was easy and Sergey is so kind and wonderful to work with. Everyone in our party truly enjoyed staying here, and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend this home!!!

This is a nice place with a large yard. The only negative is that the cooking supplies could have had a larger pot and pan. We loved the grapefruit! Thank you!

Family members wedding

Booked this property due to it being close to the wedding venue of a family member. I was presently surprised by the updates to the home, how incredibly clean it was and the backyard is amazing. I felt immediately at home away from home and the pool was a blessing in the daily 100 degree plus heat. Highly recommended rental!

The house is designed very well for large parties. All needed items were in the house and worked well for our party of 10.A few things could use improvement;1) the floors were not clean, if you walk around barefoot your feet will black.2) the master bedroom curtains are not black out so the light comes in all night3) bedroom doors do not have locks

Life celebration gathering

We were a total of 10; mostly out of town guests. We were pleasantly surprised as to how functional and clean this place was. It totally exceeded our expectations. It’s a bit dated but very good quality. The pool was fantastic. It’s a great place to enjoy quality time with family. We hope to stay again soon!! I highly recommend it. My family thanked me many times for finding such a nice place. Outside There were 5 different areas to socialize.

Great house and location

We were in the area visiting our daughter and we wanted to be able to hang out and cook meals together. The house was big and able to accommodate us so that we were not bumping into each other. We used the barbecue area at least 4 times and it was fantastic. It was just like being home. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the very large property. The pool was so much fun. we were in it every day. When we stay in hotels with pools we barely use them. This pool was so clean and very large. I appreciate everything our host Sergiey did to make our stay so relaxed. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Perfect place to stay for the marathon

We were in town for the marathon. The property was 10 minutes from the start line and centrally located among shopping and restaurants. Quite neighborhood that was easy to get to off of a couple busy streets.
