This second-floor studio is ready to accommodate 4 people just across from the pool and recreation areas. This is a great affordable option to stay on the Gulf and enjoy the beach and water just over the walkways which cross the rolling dunes. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for basic meal preparation(*No dishwasher*). It's updated with granite counters and fresh white cabinets. For your convenience, the cabinets are open so you don't have to search for anything, it's all within reach. The dining area has a round table with four chairs available. Enjoy playing cards or your favorite board game next to the large bay window, or a leisurely meal together. Nearby, an overstuffed love seat and coffee table await you. From there you can watch the flat-screen TV or lounge with the comfy pillows. Wicker furniture brings the beach vibe inside and fresh gray floor tiles keep the room fresh no matter the weather. Sleep well after a day enjoying the surf and sun in two queen-sized beds with calming seashell bedspreads. You can also watch TV in bed. The full bathroom separates the sink from the stool and shower, so two people can get ready at once. Extra counter space by the bathroom sink keeps your things conveniently within reach. The space is bright and fresh with granite counters and chrome fixtures. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Port Aransas stay

We have stayed in several units here this summer and have always been pleased. The staff has been friendly, the units have provided just what we need for a place to stay while there playing on the beach and fishing. The facility is pretty large, has a nice pool and basketball court with plenty of room and you can walk right out on the beach.

Close to beach, great grill options

This was our second time staying at this property. We had a blast going to the beach in the mornings and hanging by the pool and grilling in the evening. Plenty of grills even though it was Memorial Weekend.

Fun beach trip!

This little efficiency was perfect for our family of 4. Much like a hotel room, but with a small kitchen and utensils. We had no issues at all. Close to the beach, clean, safe area. Will definitely be back!

I hate leaving a negative review but unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay. We got in late and check in was smooth but when we arrived the place smelt like it went through water damage and smelt like moth balls. It was over 80 degrees in the unit which we thought caused the smell. It never dissipated. Woke up in the morning realizing there was blood on the wall and my friend noticed blood on the side of the sheets…. So left me thinking, they may have never been changed. There were baby roaches coming through the shower drain so it just added to the rest of it. Only positive, the location is convenient to the beach but you definitely get what you pay for.

Stayed in the older section. Our condo interior needs some TLC. A patch in the sheet rock needed painting. Broken glass top on the bedside table. Shower plumbing was not secure. Also could not work the cable, no instructions. Had Wi-Fi easily enough. But it was clean. Pool was great to jump in after day at the beach. I would stay again, maybe not the same unit.

When I go to the beach I do not seek out, "posh," lodging but I do want it to be safe, easy to access, relatively clean, easy to check in and out of and pleasant. We started as a group of three ladies for a girl's beach trip and grew to four, and we all had room and there were enough towels, wow! I would bring your own fuzzy blanket. Believe me, you will want it because the bedding is not plush. The pool is fantastic. The grounds well kept with plenty to do on them including out door dining. I will most likely stay here again unless a better option is available for a lesser price. I find it a good alternative to a near by beach lodge that charges almost the same amount, for less accommodations BESIDES a short and easy walk to the beach. You are still close enough to access that lodge's restaurant and bar when ever you wish to so breakfast is just nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for a weekend trip. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water. But I would not hesitate to book this condo again because it was in a good location and worked well for my family.

Girls trip
