Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the cozy high-top dining table that is perched beside the large window, with seating for two. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, a full-size stacked washer and dryer are neatly tucked in a nook off of the kitchen. The King size bed awaits you in the master suite along with a nightstand, closet, and tent for the kids. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity area with a sink, separated from the tile shower with a glass door. The bathroom can also be accessed from the kitchen area. The children will enjoy sleeping on the Twin bunk beds situated in an alcove off of the living room with floor space to play. Savor your morning coffee sitting on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. Take advantage of the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
