Walking distance to Haystack Golf Course clubhouse. Incredible year round sunsets. Fall foliage at it best right off the back deck. Fireplace, free firewood. Free standing Air conditioner for those rare days that you need it. Walk to The Stack restaurant for happy hour, lunch or dinner with the best views in the area; open year round.

Golf Getaway

Fun couple of days at Haystack for the Sarah Hunter golf tournament. The condo is very convenient to the course (literally just down the road from the clubhouse). Patti was very helpful with questions I had before checkin and at checkout.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautifully updated with a perfect view over the golf course. Close to Mt. Snow and close to great shops and restaurants. Patti was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Seamless, clean, cozy :)

Had a great stay here. Owner Patti shared easy instructions. Kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and house had a great fire place and outdoor gas fire pit. Would love to stay here again.

President's week skiing

Had a great four night stay with wife and kids. Easy short drive to Mt Snow. Toasty warm home with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. Nearby Wilmington was a nice surprise with a few good restaurant options.

great romantic getaway

The house is perfect, Patti is so welcoming and kind with an extra touch of a bottle of wine and a personalized note for our stay. Her home is great for couples, a family for ant time of the year. The view is just beautiful and the home is very conducive to relaxation and fun.

Nice setup close to Mount Snow. Loves that each bedroom had its own bathroom in addition to a shared half bath. We appreciate the humor in the half bath as well! Very comfortable and up to date accommodations.

Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for 3 couples with each room having a queen and a bathroom. The place was very clean and as described. It's about a 10 minute drive to mount snow and 10 minutes to the town of Wilmington so it was easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful condo

Patricia’s condo was wonderful! Clean, spacious, fully renovated and great location on the 1st Tee of Haystack Golf Course. Lovely deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We will definitely be back again.

Great condo; Great host!

As a group of 4 friends we enjoyed our weekend stay at this clean & comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the Haystack golf course! It was everything it was advertised to be with plenty of room indoors and a nice deck with fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. It’s in a good location with proximity to the golf course and area restaurants. Patricia is a great host! No doubt we will stay here again.

Holiday Ski Trip

Patti's set up was perfect for our family. The location is conveniently between the ski mountain and local restaurants. Patti was quick to reply with any questions. Her home was very comfortable for coming home after a long day of skiing. And the kitchen had everything that needed. Thank you for sharing your home.

VT Friends Weekend

Great place to stay with friends for a long weekend. The condo was well equipped and kitchen and bathrooms updated, which was nice. Having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom made everyone feel comfortable and have a private space. The beautiful golf course is just out your back door. Convenient location between Wilmington and West Dover. Great restaurants, shops, and hiking trails close by.

Just like your own Ski House

This property has everything you need. Plenty if dishes, silverware even shampoo and conditioner in shower! If you dont need ski in/ski out you really cant beat this place. 5 stars!

Great repeat visit!

We had a great repeat visit to the condo! Patti's place is clean, organized and well equipped with everything our family could need. She's a great host and responsive! We love the location - being close to the town of Wilmington and near the ski mountains. The setting over the golf course and overlooking the mountains are very beautiful. It's a relaxing setting with all of the comforts of home. We will be back again!

Best Views of Haystack Mtns in a warm & wonderful condo

My fiance' and I have repeatedly stayed at Patti's fabulous Condo overlooking the gorgeous stretches of green of golf course below & picture perfect mtn views.We love this beautifully renovated 'Home' as it does truly feel like your own private oasis. Great Ski Condo!

What a great ski condo! It's close to the ski mountains and also close to Wilmington and Dover. The amenities are new - upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and each bedroom has a bathroom. The condo provides firewood and shovels snow. The fireplace makes it a cozy spot to unwind after a ski day and there are beautiful views of the green mountains and Haystack golf course. We've stayed before and look forward to staying again!
