Come enjoy the spectacular views from this lovely 6th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Sparkling clean with a fun beachy nautical vibe. Prepare to relax as you watch the sunsets and moon rises from either the master bedroom or the huge balcony which is the entire length of the unit. Easy living and friendly atmosphere is all here at The Inlet. The swimming pool is large and inviting and also overlooks the beach. This lovely complex backs up to the national park so its a short walk to the inlet and great exercise hiking the boardwalk with spectacular views of the lighthouse as well as the inlet, river and ocean. Owner may agree to a 6 month lease with a discount. No pets are allowed for guests. We look forward to hosting you.

Family Vacay

The property was just as it was presented. It was beautiful and comfortable. The beach was wonderful and the Minorca amenities make this the best place to stay. Communication and entry into the resort was easy and convenient. NSB never disappoints!

Good location

Everything was nice--except the bed in the 2nd bedroom. Terrible mattress; and squeaked with every move.

Disappointed in the overall stay....

Although this property delivered with views and location, we were ultimately disappointed with our stay. We found wet towels, sandy floors and showers that were not cleaned properly upon our arrival. We had no hot water for two days and had to sit for a full afternoon waiting on the plumber to fix the hot water heater. To add injury to insult, the owner offered no compensation for these shortfalls nor did they apologize. Not what we were expecting from a top priced property in the area.

We are sorry your time at the condo was not up to your standards and your wife was ill during your vacation. The cleaner came the morning after your arrival to reclean the shower for you that had been cleaned prior to your arrival. You did not let us know about the sandy floors until the second day of your stay, and we offered to have the cleaner come back to clean them for you, but you declined. The water heater problem was out of our control, and we had the plumber out to fix it the day after you let us know if was out. It had been working the day the cleaner cleaned prior to your arrival, on the same you arrived and the prior guest departed. Again, we apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay.

NSB, Excellent Condo

We loved our stay (Jan - March 2022) at this Inlet, Minorca Beach Way Condo. The views were gorgeous, wish there had been more "Sun Time" on the deck. The sun, that time of year is not under the owners control! We got to view 5 Rocket Launches from the entry deck....amazing!! The heated community pool was fantastic. The proximity to the beach and the park boardwalk was the best! Our friends and family were comfortable, when they visited. It was close to restaurants, shopping and Urgent care if needed. The two minor problems I encountered were:1 there is a moisture problem in the Master Bath at the baseboards. I contacted the management about this and they are going to investigate. 2. Personally, I like person to person contact with the owner or management co. when I rent. Everything was done by phone, text. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in while in NSB.
