This beautiful updated beach view vacation rental condo, Majestic Sun 610B, in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort, is located directly across from the beach on the sixth floor and sleeps a total of 8. This condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of summer from your private balcony. With the rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living room also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is updated, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, as well as a regular coffee maker, and everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or dining table with the beautiful views that the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and its own private bath. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, an HDTV, as well as an attached bath. This spacious vacation rental conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and sleeps a total of 8.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Great stay

Felt like a real value - 6th floor. Ocean front so we could sit and watch the ocean - which was particularly good since we hit a stretch of weather with thunderstorms and double red flags. Had worried having a street between us and the beach would detract from the view & being able to hear the ocean, but it did not. We’d go back again. Negatives were very minor - the bunk beds were adequate but felt a little flimsy for full sized adults - wasn’t an issue since we were only using the bottom bunks. The Surf Hut was the best restaurant in the area of the four we ate at. Highly recommend it.

Very clean and spacious place. Not a fan of the road in front. Had lots of blaring music from crazing cars at night several nights in the week. Would recommend more comfortable deck furniture. It was very uncomfortable. Also from the kid perspective updating the tvs to smart tvs in all rooms would be a plus. Place overall was great and very clean.

We loved being right across the street from the beach. This is so helpful when you have young children (our was two and three), and it was such a nice and easy walk for them. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was serviced immediately. The decor in the unit is impeccable and the kids truly enjoyed the bunk beds. When we come back to Destin, this will be the property we rent again and again!

Just steps away from the ocean, family oriented.

Nice location, everyone respectful. More of the action is found near Destin which makes this place seem more family oriented being away from the partying some areas draw in.

Would not rent again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property did not provide sufficient number of towels for number of guests. When rental company was contacted on the send date of our week long stay, we were told more towels would be provided, then no one ever brought them the entire week. Dishwasher is not mounted in place so every time a basket was pulled out to load dishes, entire thing fell forward. Master bathroom toilet wobbles and is not stable. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Sliding door to balcony is extremely heavy and very difficult to slide. Dining table chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Not enough living room furniture for all 6 guests to have seating. Balcony is very tiny with only 4 chairs and is not large enough for all 6 guests to have seating. Bedrooms need curtains to allow darkening of room for sleep.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this unit 5 other times for the month of December. This year new owners purchased the unit. I really appreciated the fact that these owners replaced the carpet with new laminate flooring. The dining room set was replaced with a tiny glass top table and 3 horribly uncomfortable chairs and 4 little metal barstools. Four of my friends usually come with me for part of my stay and we play games at the table. With only 3 chairs that is impossible. Also, we are all senior citizens so sitting on those tiny barstools with no backs is ridiculous. In the living room there are only seating for 4 people. We always used the padded dining room chairs for extra seats while watching tv. The new dining room chairs are extremely uncomfortable. I was unhappy that I paid for a month and couldn’t even use the dining room table. I had to do my work over zoom sitting in the living room and trying to write on my lap. Also, we had to eat all our meals in the living room and were unable to play games at the table. The new owners must have never owned a condo before because this was ridiculous.

View from patio was amazing! Nice size condo, could use a little updating though. Beach towels would have been a nice addition. Would stay here again if grocery store and more restaurants were within walking distance.

Unbeatable Beach Vacation

Highly recommend! We really would have loved to stay another week!! Loved the beach and the water was amazingly, indoor outdoor pool was awesome . The room was very nice My husband slept well which rarely ever happens even at home . My only concern was that young kids were in the hot tub even with camera surveillance.

Great views!

We had a great time. Room was as pictured and loved the views. Parking wasn’t very fun.. a parking garage across the property and very few near by the actual room. But we made it work. Loved watching the waves from our balcony!

This year, we rented Unit B-610 for a week in July via a local company, Frangista Beach Properties. The staff are professional and friendly, and called us before we arrive. We'd like to highly recommend Frangista. The water is always great! The city used to clean the beach, but not this year. I wish the city will and should pay the cleaning.
