Helene’s House is a peaceful guest retreat located in East Fayetteville. Situated on 1.5 acres and surrounded by trees, it is a perfect place for a weekend stay or a longer vacation to Northwest Arkansas.

This mid-century modern home has original hardwood floors, carpet in three bedrooms furnished with new queen sized beds. Guests can prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, dine at a variety of nearby local restaurants or order delivery from one of the food delivery services.

An outdoor BBQ grill and deck provides a great space for family time together. The outdoor fire place provides an excellent setting for listening to the amazing night sounds. Barred owls and great horned owls often call out from the yard and nearby properties.

Binge watch your favorite TV with our provided cable package or use the high quality WiFi to get some work done. Catch a Razorback game at nearby Baum Stadium, Don W. Reynolds Stadium or Bud Walton Arena, all less than 5 miles away.

Enjoy the outdoors in Northwest Arkansas with numerous hiking and biking opportunities. Cyclists have easy access to several popular routes including Wyman Road.

A fantastic experience

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable, with lots of space and beautiful surroundings outside. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Clean & quaint stay in Fayetteville

Nice, clean house on the outskirts of town. Comfy beds! The pool table is on the opposite end from the bedrooms which is nice if someone wants to turn in early and others stay up late. The kitchen is well apportioned also.

Such a great place

We were in town for a Razorback game and this was the perfect location! Not far from Satdium and downtown. The owners answered any questions we had swiftly. Will definitely be returning again!

The house is as pictured. Everything was nice and clean. The location was great. We didn’t even have time to enjoy the great amenities! Pool table, stereo system, games etc.

Great Time had by all!

We had an amazing family weekend at Helene House. Although on the outskirts of town it was an easy drive to Razorback Stadium and all of the activities for family weekend. House was comfy and cozy and gave plenty of room to spread out.

Great house for family or friends

House was about 15mins from campus. Had a great backyard, quiet, very clean. Had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Kids enjoyed the game room. Plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

A neat house full of so much history! A quiet tranquil location! Lots of space! If I was to critique it at all , I’d say soaps, shampoo even laundry stuff is something I always just have at other rental homes!

Perfect spot for a guys getaway

We’ve been to the same property twice now for a spring break golfing and hiking trip. This house is perfect for the four of us. Really liked the pool table and poker table option in the garage. Heater worked great.

Our reunion with my Son & Grandchildren from Minnesota

Very peaceful and well organized house with lots of fun had everything we needed for adults & children and then some very clean and beautiful place will come back for sure in the near future our Grand daughter is in college there for the next 3 years and it’s a nice house for just a get away also

Disc golf trip

Third year in a row going to NW Arkansas to disc golf with my two sons and son in law. Had a great time and the house is a big part of it. We have stayed in the same house each year and it is perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. Big yard for hanging out. Nice garage for the evenings. Great fire spot outside. Close to everything. We are glad to keep coming back here!

Razorback Game Retreat

The property suited our needs for a short stay to watch the Razorback basketball and football games. Four of us, 3 adult males and one female 15 year old, all family related. 3-bedroom house so one had to sleep on couch. Only issue we had was the need to go out to buy coffee for coffee pot. Otherwise the home was clean and suited our needs. Nice private area. Very large yard.

In Town Getaway!

I brought 5 boys (17 and 18 years) to experience Fayetteville....3 of the 5 boys have accepted admission to the university. There is wonderful outdoor space for throwing a football or any sports activity. They loved the TV room with the big stone fireplace, and especially loved the game room. They immediately started playing pool the minute we got to the house. It was the perfect house for my guys. The house was super clean. There is only one shower, so if you have 6 people start early! We had 6 but never ran out of hot water. Would recommend, especially if you have teenagers.

Nice spacious property

House is great lots of room. Loved sitting in the game room garage which does have A/C. I guess I missed it somehow but didn’t realize there is only one shower. We only had five people so not a huge issue, bust just be aware of that. Also the hedges could use a trim by the road hard to see over them when pulling out of the left side of the driveway. Communication wasn’t great at times with the owner, stated she was traveling but it took a full day to get an answer on a question. She did allow us to get in an hour early though, We had ask since were in town earlier if we could get in but never heard back from them. Overall great stay good location very quiet except for a few loud passing vehicles on the road.

Comfortable and nostalgic

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful with lovely touches from the past - trim and furniture was so on point. It felt so good to just walk through the home and soak up the atmosphere!

We had a delightful stay at Helene’s House. This is a very clean, well-organized and peaceful place. Great for families! We will definitely look for openings to stay here when we come see our son again at The University of Arkansas.
