Coastal Cottage - Close to Gulf Shores Beaches/Attractions!

Classic, coastal cottage. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores in walking distance to our beautiful white sand beaches. Comfortable cottage sleeps 4 guests - 2 private bedrooms (queen sized bed in each) and one full bathroom. Public beach access, popular restaurants, and shops just blocks away. Easy driving distance to Gulf State Park, Waterville, mini golf, OWA amusement complex, outlet shopping, sports complexes, and more! This cozy cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and is equipped with all of the comforts of home.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include: free Wi-Fi, 2 smart tv's (no cable), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)

The property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay there. It is a nice little house and had everything we needed. It is also conveniently located and is within easy walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. We would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Perfect house and location. We stayed for a week for a beach vacation with our dog. The deck was nice for the mornings and evenings. Super quick walk to the beach and restaurants as well.

This place was really cute and overall we had a great stay. The location was convenient and only a couple of blocks from the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was the ac unit in the living went out during our trip but the owner responded quickly and had someone out to fix it later that evening. We greatly appreciated the quick responses and obviously that’s something out of their control so besides that slight issue we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Great for Bachelors

The owner was great and extremely responsive to messages however it just wasn't quite what we were expecting in comparison to the photos we viewed online. We were there for a wedding and only had one small bathroom mirror to get ready in. Also the place had some mold and mildew visible in the A/C units and shower. We had extra tenants (ants) during our visit and one of the rooms had egg or cheez wiz on the door. While it wasn't the place for us I think a group of bachelors would be a perfect fit for this place. The location is great and as I said the owner is very responsive.

Good beach cottage

Stayed here recently with my husband and two pups. Property is exactly as described. Simple beach cottage one street back from main drag. Great location, easy to walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Kitchen is well equipped and great to have laundry. No pantry items so guests should bring their own. Appreciate being able to bring our dogs. One suggestion would be to offer a couple of beach chairs and towels. We did not spend any time on beach but that would be a good add. Only downside is the bedrooms are tight and both beds have footboards. We both stubbed our toes! All in all a good cottage and we would recommend.

Cozy place to stay for a few days.

Clean and well furnished, but showing it's age despite renovations. New appliances and kitchen counter go a long way to make the property welcoming, but the noisy and difficult to control HVAC and dehumidifier units made it hard to get an uninterrupted nights sleep. The house has settled around the perimeter, so there's a distinct slope from the center in all directions and the vintage paneling has gaps throughout the house, some 1/2" wide, detracting from the otherwise neat and tidy appearance. The owner supplied enough necessities to last our 4-day stay, shampoo, TP, laundry pod, etc, so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying from day one.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet at night, despite being mostly rentals, likely due to the rentals being mostly faimilies. The short walk to the beach was ideal, as we were far enough away to avoid the hotel crowds and street noise, but close enough to walk to the beach carrying our chairs and cooler without a problem.

Cheer Competition

Quick trip for cheer competition at the Wharf. Our only complaint is not being able to leave the air conditioner in the bedroom running due to vibration and noise.. Otherwise, everything was great!

Cottage Stay

This little cottage is perfectly located. We walked to shopping, dining, the beach and a Mardi Gras parade. We were here for an extended stay and was able to bring our sweet fur girl which was such a bonus. Clean and just right.

A fine place off the beaten main path nut close to most things

Okay I am 59 lets start there. We stayed 12days. Dog friendly was a must. Overall very impressed with the unit. 2 blocks North of the main drag US182, so nice and quite. The driveway is now paved. Inside was very clean. TThe A/C
