Adorable, paisible, petit chalet privé..Parfait pour les Snowbirds ou les vacanciers

Tout le monde aime notre petit cottage ensoleillĂ© !! Vous ne trouverez pas un autre endroit comme celui-ci. C'est un chalet de plage au large de la plage ... dans un cadre boisĂ© entourĂ© d'arbres et d'herbe verte. House est Ă  3 miles de la plage, si proche de tout. Mais vous pouvez laisser le trafic derriĂšre. Six personnes. une reine, une pleine, et deux lits jumeaux. ComplĂštement meublĂ© et prĂȘt pour vous. Toute la literie fournie, apportez vos serviettes. Tout le reste est ici. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse Ă©galement. Asseyez-vous sur le porche de l'Ă©cran et dĂ©tendez-vous dans la tranquillitĂ©.
Marcher ou faire du vélo à toutes sortes d'endroits. Target, Books-a Million, des films multi-plex, un tas de restaurants et de shopping. Tout à peu prÚs dans votre cour arriÚre. Tanger Outlet centre et Foley à quelques miles au nord, la plage de Gulf Shores à seulement 3 miles au sud ... c'est l'endroit idéal. Pas un condo entouré de foules ... Une maison loin de la maison!

We didn't actually stay at this particular house. The owner had another house come available at the last minute due to a cancellation and offered it to us. It's a larger and newer and in the same neighborhood.

Cottage needs some serious work. Floors need repaired you can feel the wood is rotted underneath the linoleum. Flying aunts incaded while we where there due to construction in the empty lot next door. The carpet in 2 of the bedrooms needs pulled up and replaced with vinyl floor especially since it is a pet friendly rental.

Premium location with privacy.

My family and I came to town for a softball tournament and we stayed at this house. It was very cute and clean. They had beach items in the house for us to use which was very convenient! The host was great and accommodating. My daughter and her friends did not want to leave!! 10/10 recommend. Middle of nowhere privacy with beach, shopping and restaurants from 2-10 minutes away.

Perfect for what we needed

Booked this cute little cottage to have a cool place to stay when we weren’t at the baseball fields! It was perfect. Nice cool inside. Perfect room for kids and family of 5. Location was prime for us! So much to do near by. Loved the screened in porch to watch the rain and enjoy the outside without dealing with bugs. Had a few soft spots throughout the house but is to be expected with and older house. We loved that we picked a place away from the beach! Thanks David and Sheryl!

Very good

I liked that it was close to about everthing we wanted to do. The owners were very courteous and checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. It was an easy process booking and leaving. The fenced in area for the dogs was very helpful. We also enjoyed the screened in porch.

Great getaway

Great location. Was at the beach everyday and watched dolphins and even seen stingrays. Rode bike on state park trail and enjoyed Big beach brewery.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I wanted to find a place that we could bring our Fur Kids with us and relax and this place did not disappoint. The Sunshine cottage was a cozy little place that we could relax between beach visits and still feel like we were home. I am so thankful for this wonderful couple and the time spent here. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our needs

The little cottage was cute and cozy. It met all of our needs for this trip and we were super excited we could bring our elderly Yorkie with us. There's a perfect little fenced in back yard too. Target is just around the corner with a bunch of little ships right next to it.we had a great stay!

Vacation 2024

Communication was super fast and friendly with host, check in was super easy. The Cottage is right off the main drag in Gulf Sores but tucked back in a very quiet neighborhood. It was clean and cozy but close to the beach and all the attractions. Nice little kitchen and ready to use with all the appliances you should need. Also dishes and pots and pans. It was dog friendly and that was a huge plus since we brought our fur kiddos along with us. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something affordable. We would have no problem staying here again.

This "Little Sunshine Cottage" was a perfect place for us to stay & have our dogs. The neighborhood was peaceful as well. The beach and shopping were not far to get to at all. We would definately recommend this property to most wanting to visit Gulf Shores, Alabama :)

Great host

The neighborhood is quiet, even though there is an airport nearby. There were no flights at night. He bought a toaster when I told him that the one in the house didn’t let English muffins go down. He even gave us a package of English muffins.

Wonderful experience

This property was perfect for us. We traveled to the area for a dog sport event with 4 dogs. No dog limit, no dog fee, and a fenced in yard. That is the reason that we booked this properly but the hosts blew me out of the water. So kind, great communication, and no long list of chores to worry about. The location is great. So close to everything. I highly recommend this property or another property that they own.

Cabin type stay

The owners were extremely hospitable. Referred us to a very local veterinarian when we needed one. Very accessible hosts. The house is more cabin style and felt comfortable having our small puppy with us. Location is close to anything and everything you could possibly want to do and see. Very cool city. Don’t forget to see our favorite spot, Fairhope. A beautiful and quaint town by the water.

The home was immaculate. It’s located more in the “city” so next to shopping and restaurants. The beds were too small for my husband and I to sleep in same bed comfortably. Other than that it had what we needed for a convenient visit with my elderly parents!

Home away from home

Quite little neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Nice little cottage has a fenced in back yard for your fur babies. Close to beaches.

My wife and I have been in the rental business as property owners for 14 years. When this property popped up for sale a couple of years ago we were surprised and exited. This house was my first home here. I rented it to live in when I first moved to south Alabama in 1983. I lived here when my wife and I first met. After we were married I moved on... but we never forgot about the little house on Franz St. Now we have 4 homes in the neighborhood, all vacation rentals. We clean and maintain them ourselves. We live a few miles away in Elberta, and will be readily available if you should need us...Thanks !!

As mentioned elsewhere in listing, the location is ideal !! Walk to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, movies, book store and more !! Central to the whole area, not too far from anywhere. Everything about this place inside and out, makes it feel like you belong here. It's not a condo surrounded by crowds....It's a home away from home
