Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home, located in the heart of Bentonville near downtown, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges and the future Walmart Home office, while still providing direct access to I-49. Now offering free EV charging in the garage! Our house is family friendly with a safe fenced in backyard for kids to play in.

About the home:
Stunning leathered quartz countertops supply tons of cooking and hang out space for everyone. The open concept in the main living areas invites you to relax and enjoy your time together. Don't forget the oversized laundry room, with Samsung washer and dryer, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

Moving onto the bedrooms, our Master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining bathroom featuring a walk-in shower you won't want to leave. The first bedroom on the right offers two twin size beds, and we have stocked the bookshelf with loads of games, toys, and books for the whole family to enjoy. Our second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, beautiful dresser and end tables.

In the living room, the darker grey couch folds out into a queen bed if you've brought the whole family. A 65" smart TV allows you to connect to your favorite streaming service and videos. We do provide Sling TV as a way for you to stay current with your news and shows. The backyard can become your away from home oasis, featuring a firepit with rustic seating, patio table and chairs for relaxing, a seasonal strawberry patch, herb garden, and don't forget the stringing lights to create the perfect ambience for smores with the kids (we provide everything but the kids)!

If mountain or road cycling is your thing, we now offer bike parking in the garage, a bike tree stand, and a complete bike tool kit, so you can work on your bike with ease during your stay with us. There is a water pump just outside the garage for easy cleaning as needed for your convenience.

Bentonville is awesome!

We spent a 3 day weekend in the Bentonville area. The 1206 home was centrally located to everything! The home was so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Bentonville has so much to offer! We will be back!

Spring Break with Family

This house was great for our family of 5. It was clean and exactly as listed. I really appreciated all the incidentals provided like paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. plenty of dishware to prepare a meal and eat at home. And most importantly, the mattresses were great. I’d definitely book again.

Spring Break Bike Trip

The place was great, clean, with useful amenities in the kitchen, plus a nice selection of coffees, teas, bars/oatmeal as a "welcome basket." Our bed was super comfy too. My only critique would be the low water pressure in the shower!

Great stay, super convenient to Bentonville. Super fenced yard for our small dog to play and exercise. Would stay here again.

Great spot for Big Sugar Gravel!

Stayed here with a few friends for the Big Sugar gravel race/ride in Oct 2024. Great, convenient location for a short ride to the Bentonville Square. Comfortable accommodations - newly updated interior and thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying again upon a return to Bentonville!

Gem in Bentonville

Don’t miss out on this great house in Bentonville. Right off the main drag. Close to everywhere you want to be. Great communication with local owners. This house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and spacious. Just as described. Highly recommend and we will be returning. Thanks for everything!

Perfect stay and even better communication!

The house was clean and on point for our needs, we did have one little hiccup with some plumbing and that was attended to almost immediately. Our communication with the owners couldn’t have been more pleasant. We will absolutely be back! 😊

Good Value In Bentonville

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay.

Great place but needed some updating on the listing

First I want to say the host was very helpful and accommodating- she is 5 stars. The listing didn’t match what we arrived to. The cleanliness was just not like the reviews we read. I do feel it was a cleaning company issue and should easily be resolved. The grill needs to be replaced as it was rusted out. There were some bugs and the host did offer to bring some things by to remedy it but we declined. If the cleaning company did a better job this may not have been the case. Listing offered s’mores kit for the fire pit but all items were open and expired. My suggestion would not to offer it if it’s not going to be replaced after each stay. Host said she is going to take the issues up with the cleaning company and I believe that she will get this fixed.

Nice maintain house

The house was very well decorated and close to all the activities that we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. If we come back to Bentonville we will look at renting the place again.

Extremely clean, adorable home!

The property manager has done an excellent job. The home has been beautifully updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Great communication re check in. The back yard is very nice and private. Highly recommend for families. Location is close to 14th street and easy access to highways, although there was some very late night noise (fireworks, bonfires) from neighbors. Highly recommend - a great choice when you’re in the area.

Nice house in a Great Location

Came down to go to Beaver Lake and do some bike riding and had a great trip. Location of house is great. Easy bike ride down to some of the breweries as well as downtown Bentonville. We also liked the fact that 14th street, which is the main road the house is off, is Highway 12 too that takes you East and a short 20 minute drive to the lake. It’s also just a few blocks East of Highway 49, which is the main road. Great location! Owners/Property managers were on top of communication. Impressed!

Thanks for the great stay for my nieces graduation. She loved the bunk beds, games, big backyard and the ball and bat and soccer ball left for her to play. Thanks for much for the added touches. Highly recommend!

Great property in Bentonville

Rachel was awesome because communication went really well. She went above and beyond by being flexible with our check in time because we were driving down from MN. The rooms are well taken care of and it was very comfortable. Never had an issue. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Great property and host!

Rachel was a very kind and efficient host. She reached out before and during the stay to make sure everything was set and going well. The house had plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. All hardwood or tile floors made it easy to know the place was clean and well kept. We were given access to the garage and anything we needed. Close to shopping, the highway and plenty of amazing food options! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
