Peaceful and centrally located house with a king size bed only 1 mile from the square. 3.1 miles from Coler 2.5 miles from Crystal Bridges 1.1 miles from Walmart Home Office, Slaughter Pen 1.3 miles just a short bike ride or drive to all the Bentonville Favorites if you need to do some grocery shopping Walmart Supercenter is right around the corner, this home is complete with furnishing and all your stay needs. just a couple of stairs to get to Flex and laundry Room
The space
Make yourself at Home in our cozy Farmhouse 3 Bedroom 1 bath with 1 KING size Bed and 2 Queen size Beds with a flex room with a futon, dining room and workstation desk, after a busy day come outside to chill and relax in the deck. Bike rack for 5 bikes also plus an extra 3 bike rack provided just bring your own lock .

Perfect! This stay is very clean, perfectly decorated, and has all the amenities one could need, including towels and coffee. The check-out process is the easiest we have ever seen, which is great if you need to leave early. The host is very quick in communication, and the location was convenient for the bike trails, downtown square (short drive or bike), and Walmart if you need to pick up anything. Highly recommend!!!

This is my fifth time coming to Bentonville. My daughter and I come for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and for the restaurants. This was our favorite stay.The accommodation was perfect for our needs.

took a short trip to Bentonville and wanted a space close to biking but also quiet. found the perfect home. easy parking cozy living spaces and a lovely porch out back. even had bicycle parking. Would stay again.

The house was just as described. Everything was clean and worked well. Bed was comfortable and as my wife said. This is so cute! Its only .9 miles to Coler south entrance. If you bike or walk its a nice park. We really enjoyed our stay. The host always responded quickly to any questions i had. I highly recommend it.

Made us feel at home

We came to Bentonville for my teenage son and daughter to mountain bike. This was the perfect property! All three of us had an ample-sized room. There was plenty of room to lounge and dine and cook. All the appliance worked and there was a huge backyard. The decor was incredibly stylish and well kept. The location was ideal; five minutes to downtown in a car and even less than that to a Coler Trail trailhead.

Perfect for MTB riders!

We absolutely loved this property! The neighborhood is very quiet and the best part, it’s near by everything! Specially the Coler trails. So easy to get in to the square with lots of restaurants near by. The host was very nice and in constant communication. We’ll be back for sure! We felt in love with Bentonville and everything around it. Property was super clean and cozy.

Adorable farmhouse bungalow!

What a comfortable, relaxing girl’s weekend! Mary was a fantastic host! We arrived to a personal message board that greeted us “Welcome Jaime and family!” Not only that, the coffee and tea bar was stocked with lots of k-cups and ground coffee, as well as tea for my Mother-in-law! The beds were cozy, the linens were great and the location was super close to all that Bentonville has to offer! We look forward to booking this location again!

Bike Fest Trip

Great place to enjoy Bentonville for biking and hanging out. Perfect location with a 1 mile ride to Slaughter Pen or Color. Clean house with a great set up and nice touches like a coffee bar. It was just my son and I. But the house would easily accommodate a family of 4 or more. Could do three couples as well.

Perfect stay if you are looking to hit the Trails

Communication with Mary was fast and efficient , once we arrived the place is wonderful , super clean .This place has everything you will possible need for a great vacation kitchen fully equipped i mean anything you can imagine is there ready and clean , washroom is perfect . If you are a MTBiker the 2 main trail system are just around the area . easy to connect , internet is fast and realible , AC works very good , it also has extra power bars and cords to charge any devices . Mary does an excellent job keeping the place clean , very quiet at night as well / we spent lots of time seating at the back - excellent Bentonville weather . we will definitely be back and let our friends know about this place ....
