Downtown Phoenix, close to about everything. Small, quiet place to wind down at night. Has all the basics. More towels would be my only additional request. We were provided two for 3 nights.

My husband and I drove from the airport. The host was great in answering any question we had. The location was perfect for all the cities we visited while staying in this cute, secure, comfortable location in Phoenix. The place was spotless, we would stay again.

The place was calming & relaxing; new & well kept. All amenities were there for an enjoyable stay. Area felt safe, locked parking area. Host was quick to respond for wi-fi help. Best thing was the view from the sliding doors; modern landscaped backyard with green grass!

Very nice accommodations. Everything was clean. Quiet and relaxing space. My truck wouldn't fit in the private gated parking so it stayed on the street but there were no problems. Bed is very low to the ground but slept fine. Great location. Will use it again in the future!

Great Property

The property was excellent! Clean, convenient location and comfortable would be an understatement. It had a great size tv, fully equipped kitchen (including flavored olive oil and pink salt) and a bathroom from HGTV! This place is a winner!

Comfortable and convenient casita

We found this property to be safe, clean & comfortable with all the essentials we needed except for a toaster which wasn't a big deal. The decor was very chic and up-to date. There was a slight mixup on contacting the manager upon arrival, but she came around the next morning - mixup solved! We couldn't have been happier and will stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix!

This is a value VRBO

The Casita seems like a cute decorating project for a young folks studio apartment. Platform bed and all. Comfortable enough. Whether you use the off street parking spot or not, access to and from the property is with a locked heavy metal gate. It appears that the main house and Casita were bought and rehabbed specifically for short term rental in a currently developing neighborhood.

Nice quiet place to stay despite the fact that is central to everything. Just wish it was cleaner better maintained and better equipped. There’s a good sized yard but just a couple of not so great chairs to enjoy it. Needs a couple of trees too. Quite a few issues when we arrived including the AC was broken, the screen doors were broken and the dishwasher was broken. The owner/manager got the AC fixed the next day so that was a relief. She was pretty responsive throughout so that was good. The floors were extremely dirty my socks were black after walking on them for a while, the corners of the showers were moldy, there was cat poo in the gravel outside, and the laundry room was very dirty and smelled of cat pee. As it shows in the picture the bed is on a couple of wood pallets and is quite soft and feels smaller than queen maybe double. I am probably a bit to picky and I’m sure she’s gotten at least the dishwasher fixed so if you are less picky this might be a great fit for you. It was just a lot of stuff that compounded with everything that was broken.

The way a VRBO should be!

What a fantastic stay in a well designed space. This one bedroom abode includes several nice touches from the Keurig with plenty of pods to the plush towels and soft bedding. The hosts were responsive to my requests. Safe neighborhood with a gated and lockable parking spot.

The space was very peaceful. I was able to Uber/Lyft downtown quickly to my meetings. I would love to go and stay again just for some "Me Time" :).!
