newly remodeled, private,peaceful casita with a urban modern twist. located in Central Phoenix close to yoga studios, several downtown sports venues, the Phoenix art district museums, several grocery stores, Saturday morning Phoenix Public Farmers Market, the Phoenix Library ,and the light rail.Centered in the heart of the Coronado Historic District, the home is within walking/biking distance of several excellent neighborhood restaurants and murals.

The space
Private guest home casita. The property has shared spaces with the main home. But the casita does have its own private entrance . The shared spaces would be the back yard , covered patio , grilling area and the laundry room which is located outside in a basement area of the of the home separate from the home .

My husband and I drove from the airport. The host was great in answering any question we had. The location was perfect for all the cities we visited while staying in this cute, secure, comfortable location in Phoenix. The place was spotless, we would stay again.

The place was calming & relaxing; new & well kept. All amenities were there for an enjoyable stay. Area felt safe, locked parking area. Host was quick to respond for wi-fi help. Best thing was the view from the sliding doors; modern landscaped backyard with green grass!

Very nice accommodations. Everything was clean. Quiet and relaxing space. My truck wouldn't fit in the private gated parking so it stayed on the street but there were no problems. Bed is very low to the ground but slept fine. Great location. Will use it again in the future!

Great Property

The property was excellent! Clean, convenient location and comfortable would be an understatement. It had a great size tv, fully equipped kitchen (including flavored olive oil and pink salt) and a bathroom from HGTV! This place is a winner!

Comfortable and convenient casita

We found this property to be safe, clean & comfortable with all the essentials we needed except for a toaster which wasn't a big deal. The decor was very chic and up-to date. There was a slight mixup on contacting the manager upon arrival, but she came around the next morning - mixup solved! We couldn't have been happier and will stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix!

This is a value VRBO

The Casita seems like a cute decorating project for a young folks studio apartment. Platform bed and all. Comfortable enough. Whether you use the off street parking spot or not, access to and from the property is with a locked heavy metal gate. It appears that the main house and Casita were bought and rehabbed specifically for short term rental in a currently developing neighborhood.

The way a VRBO should be!

What a fantastic stay in a well designed space. This one bedroom abode includes several nice touches from the Keurig with plenty of pods to the plush towels and soft bedding. The hosts were responsive to my requests. Safe neighborhood with a gated and lockable parking spot.

Perfect in every way!

Casita Coronado was delightful! The unit was sleek, modern and designed with a great sense of style. The charming neighborhood was quiet, and within a 15-20 minute drive to the most popular Phoenix attractions. The casita has a secluded sunny lawn behind the privacy fence and gate. 10/10 would stay here again!

Outstanding property and hosts! Karen and Miguel are phenomenal! This property is opposite a second property that is also available for rent. Perfect for multifamily trip to Arizona. My family and I will be back! This is my new go-to rental in Phoenix! Thanks again!

A great little place

The place was very clean and well put together. It’s about the size of a studio apartment and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I will, however, say privacy may not be your biggest thing here but we didn’t mind that. The bathroom has a small part that is open to the bedroom for air flow near the ceiling—so there is that. You are also staying in the guesthouse so there are also others renting the main house and it lead us to making some new friends! All in all, Karen was a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a few nights in Phoenix. Close to downtown and art district. Owners were very accomodating to our needs and communicated quickly. Only drawback was the washer was broken during our stay😕

This is the place!!

If you’re looking for a clean comfortable spot then this is the one you’re looking for! This place had everything we needed and more. I have nothing bad to say about it at all, it was a great deal and everything in the house was high quality and well kept. Karen was quick to respond anytime I had questions and the check in was smooth and easy! Thanks again!

Excellent stay

Excellent location. Nice guest house. Parking inside gate next to property was very convenient. Only suggestion would be to have king bed and extra pillows. Wonderful stay.
