Nice property and location in Phoenix! The house is essentially a duplex split in two units, but never noticed the neighbor. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for 1-2 people.

Concert Getaway

My friend and I stayed for a concert and weekend activities in the downtown Phoenix area. This place is right at the heart of it all, making it easy to get around and have us a quiet place to rest after busy days. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and convenient place to stay. And Hannah is an awesome host!

Owner is very responsive when issues arise. The AC stopped working, and owner immediately had it fixed, staying at the property while ac tech was there to ensure our belongings were safe and secure.The property is in a nice quiet

Great location and communication

I had to extend my stay due to some family health issues and the host was so kind during the request and process, I wanted to share. These days so many rentals are managed by someone other than the owner and it sort of defeats the point of this Vrbo approach. It was great to work with someone who saw me as more than a renter and supported through the requests. House was also great, which I can also see from many others posts.

A little blue gem

Our stay at the Little Blue Box was nothing short of charming! At first glance, it may seem small, but it’s the perfect cozy retreat for a couple. The Tiffany-inspired touches throughout the home were absolutely adorable—everywhere we looked, we discovered more thoughtful details! From the stylish coffee mugs and wall art to the cutest blue microwave and Keurig machine, the host’s attention to detail was truly impressive.The space was spotless, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the generous supply of Keurig pods—such a thoughtful touch! If you're looking for a delightful, well-appointed, and oh-so-cute spot to stay in Phoenix, this is it! We can't wait to return!

Perfect little spot

This was a perfect little spot for me and my two teenage girls. We had events at the convention center and the uber driver was short and sweet. My older dtr and i also took advantage of the greenbelt/running path near the canal and that was so great!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect For Us

We enjoyed this property very much. It is perfect for two people. It is centrally located and not more than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and stocked with everything you need.

Not bad

Overall great location with a nice canal to walk along but the property had the bare minimum than what we had anticipated more so when it came to the kitchen. We had wanted to cook a big dinner and bake but were limited on supplies (ex. One single small pan, no baking pans, and barely any kitchenware etc). It wasn’t that clean with the bathroom
The hosts were nice though and communicative.
