Sky Harbor Airport is only 12 minutes away (about a $19 Uber/taxi ride). The cozy bedroom features a comfortable, sturdy queen-size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. You will also be able to take some great selfies in front of the unique mural of the Arc de Triomphe in the backyard patio.

Enough room for one large vehicle to park or could fit two (2) small cars in driveway in front of home. Private streets do not allow for curb-side parking in front of the home, however, there are additional designated parking spaces available in front of the property or at the pool.

SAFETY, CLEANING & PETS
Your safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfecting after each check-out.

To maintain the cleanliness of the property, only one pet is allowed depending on the size, please let us know if your pet is joining you beforehand, as a non-refundable pet cleaning fee applies. There are many pet owners in the neighborhood, and you will see many walking their pets in the early am before the sidewalks get too hot. Please just be prepared to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors to help us maintain a tidy space for all guests.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
This location is central and convenient to every place you would like to visit in the Phoenix area. Both I-10 and I-60 freeways are within a mile. The 101 freeway is just a short 7-minute drive East and the 143 freeway and 202 freeway are North off the 1-10, not more than 10 minutes away. You will be able to get to ASU, Mill Ave bars and restaurants, shopping and movies at Arizona Mills Mall. Tempe Marketplace, Chandler Fashion Square or Scottsdale Fashion Square within 3-15 minutes, depending on your destination. If you enjoy fishing or paddle boarding the Kiwanis Park is just down the road and the Tempe Town Lake Beach Park is 5.3 miles away. PHX Sky Harbor airport is 7 miles, and Old Town Scottsdale is about 13 miles. If you are a spring training baseball fan, there are a couple of facilities within 10 to 15 minutes - Tempe Diablo Stadium (4.5 miles) and Sloan Park (6.2 miles).
