Would stay again

This was our second time at this property, and we would stay again. Would prefer the pool be heated, and there were a few things that are ready for a refresh. The bed was very comfortable and the house overall is nice.

Retreat & Relax

This is a great and very quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and we were able to relax. We enjoyed the Wi-Fi and Netflix. This house wont disappoint the pool is a bonus.

Spring Break

The sunsets were beautiful from the back yard. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool. and the adults loved sitting in the shade out by the pool.

Father’s Day voting trip

We had a great trip, driveway was long enough to park our 27ft boat. The pool was a nice cool break from the heat. The home is very clean and comfy, we had a blast spending time with family and enjoying the comfort of this home.

Great vacation rental.

Cozy home. Well kept and clean. Home looks as shown in pictures. Refreshing pool with a relaxing back yard. Home is set in a new development. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and communication with host was seamless. All in all a great experience.

Let down

The property is lovely, however there were a couple things that had not been supervised and my party got blamed for and xtra charges are higher than other places I have visited. Did not feel very welcome before arriving, communication with owner was a bit odd. Important issues were not discussed over a conversation, only through message, even though I requested it. Tons of rules.

Unfortunately when guests violate house rules they use the review process to get back at the host so I'm going to address everything noted in this review. Guest brought 13 people but only paid for 10, so she was charged for the additional people staying. I provided updates on the hour of the availability of the house before check in and allowed her to check in early. Guest never responded to any messages sent until the end of their stay in which they were an hour late checking out causing cleaning delays. The guest knew about and agreed to the house rules before confirming her reservation. Besides having no regards for checkout, the house was left in horrible condition, she didn't mention the burn holes in the patio furniture cushion from the drugs brought to the house. I would not recommend this group to any host, they have no respect for personal property being rented to them.

Great home

Although we were hit by a huge storm and lost power. Ron kept in communication of the outage. Salt water pool was well enjoyed by my children. We will definitely be returning just hope we don't get hit with a storm again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house was lovely. Ron stocked it with things like napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. That was a pleasant surprise. The pool was well maintained and a great feature. The neighborhood was quiet. Ron was very accommodating throughout our stay. I would recommend this home to my friends and family. Thanks again Ron.

Ron’s place is great!

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the home comfortable. Slept well in the beds. We enjoyed the pool and sun. Grill worked good and the amenities were plentiful. Had all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans we needed. He had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig as well as a blender. There were new condiments in the fridge and washer and dryer worked well. Ron was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home!
