This elegant single family home sits on a quiet street in highly desirable Ft Mohave just minutes to Dining , Shopping , Oatman Ghost Town tours, Casinos, & Valley View Medical Center. A private Gated community entrance, concrete pathway, and thoughtfully landscaped courtyard to invite you into the front door. Upon entrance, you are warmly greeted by Tile floors, fresh paint, and a bright and open floor plan. It seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room and leading to the inviting, sunny backyard. Meticulous attention to detail is presented in the kitchen with quartz countertops, customized backsplash, finished cabinets, and brand-name appliances. Adjacent to the living room, there’s a comfortable family room and an oversized primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, King size bed and private bathroom. Down the hall you’ll find two additional bathrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two XL TWIN beds. The backyard is desert landscaped and a large patio provides plentiful space for relaxing and Barbecuing and entertaining with water front views.

What a beautiful place to stay!! Highly recommend this home that’s just minutes from the cool and exciting Colorado River. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future if it’s still available.

Beautiful home and very nice gated community. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Fort Mohave area. Lots to see and do nearby.

Very nice and quiet

Perfect location for golf in the area, quiet community people are very friendly.Kitchen is very well equipped only complaint was the bbq and outside sitting area’s should have been cleaned better.Great gated community.

Great house and good location for us. Nice patio in back by the water to enjoy your morning coffee. No issues. Lovely home and communication with owner was superb. Definitely plan to stay here again. P.S. All the neighbors in the community are also very nice/pleasant.

Los Lagos getaway

Nice house, great location. Great communication with property owner. Master bath needs some minor maintenance and windows and vents desperately need cleaning. Having said that I’d still rent again because of neighborhood and communication with owner.

Amazing, comfortable, beautiful home!

My husband and I spent the week here with our brother and sister-in-law. One short review cannot describe the beauty and comfort of this home. It was incredibly well stocked, and had just the right amount of furniture and accessories. Beautiful sitting area out back by the water. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely basket of fresh fruit and wine, and even fresh flowers. The beds were very comfortable, and we had two spots in the garage to park on the hot days. The owner responded quickly anytime we reached out, and did a great job of making us feel like personal guests in his home. We hope this is available the next time we are back in Fort Mohave!

Great month!

Had a wonderful month in the Los Lagos community! The house is well equipped and comfortable and clean! The back deck was so lovely! Watching the sun go down pretty much everyday was my favourite 😊. Everything we needed for cooking and barbecuing was in the kitchen. Would recommend this home for a holiday stay!!👌
