Brand new cabin built in 2018. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Big Bear-Fox Farm, we are 5 minutes away from everything (the slopes, the village restaurants and the lake). Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin was custom designed and built to perfection. Equipped with a fireplace, Foosball table, TVs, games, fully stocked kitchenware, and much more. Enjoy a relaxing time in nature with your friends and family here at the Win Cozy Cabin.

Unfortunately, our property does not allow pets as our family has allergies and it may cause health risks.

Incredibly convenient location. Just far enough away to be super quiet, peaceful, but village shops, zoo, alpine coasters, and slopes are all a 4 minute drive. Incredible space for a family of four. Very clean. We were able to enjoy our time in big bear, and when we got back to the cabin, we were able to enjoy our time there too.

Awesome Cabin

Win Cabin was so great for everyone of all ages. Everything is newer and the dinning and living area is so great. The neighborhood is close to both ski resorts. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed at this cabin for a long weekend. It is beautiful, clean, peaceful, well equipped with everything you may need and close enough to everything while also being distant enough where the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owner was great about communicating. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Big Bear!

This cabin has been well updated and accommodated our group perfectly. It is well appointed and clean. The kitchen has plenty of serving ware and there were plenty of clean towels. And the washer and dryer was a plus! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you. :)

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed at this cabin for 4 days 3 nights. It was the perfect getaway with the family, we loved everything about this house. The showers were amazing, beds were cozy, the kitchen & dining table was perfect for our family of 5. We had a 8 month old baby on the trip so the crib in the master bedroom was perfect. We also enjoyed playing games and getting cozy by the fireplace. The neighborhood is very nice, we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We got the first snow of the season on our trip so we had a snowy day staying cozy in the cabin. It was perfect and made our stay even more magical.

Home away from Home

Warm and Cozy Cabin. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, good location. The kitchen had all the essentials and some extras. Host was responsive and kind. We were able to check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our host for all the recommendations. Saucy Mama’s pizza was delicious!

Perfect place for family

Clean, well-appointed cabin with 3 soacious rooms perfect for a larger family. Thoughful touches like games, nightlights, foosball table, etc. All furniture is brand new and well taken care of. Very reasonable house rules and checkout requirements. Safe, quiet neighborhood in a central location.

Cozy cabin

Cabin was great, very clean, comfortable. It was close to the village, Walgreens, supermarket, etc. The only thing I wish it had was a wood burning fireplace, not gas. Everything else was perfect.

The place was soo much better than the pics. Super clean! So cute! Water pressure was so good! I went with my family and my sisters family! So party of 7 it ended up fitting us perfectly. 5 min away from snow summit. Loved it! Definitely will come back !

Best Cabin, Best Experience!

This cabin is the absolute best! Everything was well thought out. The owner went above and beyond to think of everything you could need or want. Beds are comfortable, towels are soft and there was plenty of everything. House is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The house is close to everything, but off the busyness of the main town. So you can enjoy your stay without crowds. It was the best experience. We will always come and stay at this cabin! No need to look somewhere else.

Exceptional property, Excellent Host!

What more could you want in a VRBO? The property was beautiful. It was a great combination of the cabin decor and feel with a modern, updated flare and conveniences. The cabin was just as the pictures depicted. It was clean, comfortable, in an upscale residential area of Big Bear just a few minutes away from the village. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The fireplace was controlled by remote, gas powered and framed with a stone facade and mantle that really added to the ambiance. The kids (and parents) really had fun playing on the foos ball table. It snowed all 3 days there and the big, fenced backyard that gave the kids a big winter wonderland to play in. The pricing was very reasonable. The host was extremely responsive and informative. You really got a sense that their main focus was our enjoyment of their property. After several trips to Big Bear and roughly 10+ cabins rented over the years, this is by far our favorite. If you are considering this property, book it, you won't regret it!

Beautiful, new, and clean cabin in Big Bear

My wife and I needed a little getaway from the kids and this cabin delivered more than what we were hoping for and needed. It started off with a beautiful drive into Big Bear Lake which automatically puts you at ease. And then as we began to pull into the neighborhood and I automatically realized that it was the nicest part of town and very quiet and calm. As we pulled up to the cabin even the exterior look said, “welcome home!“ We parked our car in the sizable driveway, entered through the keyless entry, and our breath was taken away from the large open area where the family, dining, and kitchen are laid out. Every facet of this cabin has been given attention to the details. Everything from the flooring, to the finishes, to the lighting has been updated to feel like a modern home. And yet, it feels like your own private getaway in the rustic wilderness. We enjoyed unplugging, reading books, cooking for ourselves, and snuggling next to the electronic fireplace that has real flames and pushes out heat to warm the room. There is central heat and air that works beautifully. A nice washroom closet. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. And the master bathroom has an epic shower! The location is prime as well. You are only a couple minutes from Big Bear Village. There are hiking trails only minutes away. And bomb food & breweries everywhere! There is a little bit of everything in this slice of heaven. I will definitely come back a few times before I take the kids, LOL. But this cabin also has an amazing backyard that I know would work beautifully as my own private snow run once I do bring the kids. I highly recommend this place for either your own private getaway, family gathering, or couples retreat!

Friends Reunion

The house is very clean, very comfortable. Great layout and kitchen. TV’s in all the rooms. Decks in front and back. Only thing really missing is patio seating. Great communication w/ owner. Everything went very smoothly. My group loved the house and location was great as well. Would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Perfect weekend getaway

This cabin was perfect! The owner was wonderful and very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything. My family had a really nice time and we would definitely consider staying here again!
