10 SHARC PASSES INCLUDED in our 4 BED/3 BATH home including a huge bunk room that sleeps 8+ kids !! Spacious and open floor plan, this home is the perfect getaway for PNW adventure enthusiasts all year long. Sleeps 2-3 families comfortably with the master bedroom on the main floor. Two decks-- one deck covered for grilling and dining al fresco year-round, and a private deck for 8-person hot tubing. We provide all the amenities -- towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, dish + laundry detergent. We take pride in this home, and want you to feel at home while you're here too!

We provide 4 adult bikes, in a fully stocked garage -- SmartTV, pool table, putting green, dart board. Our neighborhood is perfectly situated in the heart of Sunriver, right off the biking path. 2 miles from The Village, 2 miles from the River, 2 miles from the SHARC. Home backs up to the forest behind Fort Rock Park-- a walk through the trees and be at Sunriver's #1 playground in 3 minutes! Park also includes tennis, fields, pickle ball! Premier Location!

Great for extended family

We had a bunch of babies, kids, and adults. We brought bikes and balls, but found that the house had a pretty good selection of both already. It's a great place! We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Family Trip

Sunriver is amazing and so is this property. It was a perfect house to accommodate our three families and the bunk room was perfect for our 7 kiddos (aged 3-12). There were games, books, pop-a-shot, bikes, a pool table, and hot tub all at the house so everyone was well-entertained. Megan was super responsive and got back to us with any questions in minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.

Perfect house for real family togetherness and hosting.

This house was perfect for our needs. When it came to seating people for a large shared meal, there were 2 additional banquet tables in the garage with extra chairs. There was a crockpot, cooking utensils, a couple of big bowls, griddle- things you need when cooking for a small army ( my kids and nieces / nephews). The AC was great downstairs. Neighborhood was lovely- close to Fort Rock Park: pickleball, playground, open field, baseball diamond. Share passes were awesome. Would definitely want a repeat stay.

Perfect location and amenities! Cousin fun!

Very well-equipped home with 5 bikes, a bike trailer, pickle ball paddles, helmets, pool table, etc… lots! The home had books and board games and toys for kids in the upstairs bunk room. The hot tub was so relaxing! Lights are cool. The location was excellent - a short walk to Fort rock park that has a great playground. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The hostess is wonderful! SHARC passed were great. We enjoyed all the bike trails and everything Sunriver had to offer. We’d stay here again!

Close to Fort Rock Park!

This home fit our group of 3 families well!! It was a quick walk to Fort Rock Park (from the back of the property through some brush - no path) or a quick bike ride to park, as well. The pool table in the garage was used often by the teens! We would have loved a few more "lounge chairs" on the back deck to lay in the sun and some landscaping clean up around the home would make this rental shine! Overall, it worked well for our needs! Hot tub is always a bonus! Great, instant communication with the host.

Perfect!!!!

We were looking for a place to stay for 14 people….three adult brothers and their families And this place was absolutely perfect for us. With all the extra mattresses we could have slept 19-20 people and still wouldn’t have felt cramped. So many extras…..board games, bikes, pool table, hot tub, bbq, etc we’re much appreciated. We had 6 kids in the bunk room and they loved being in the kid barracks, reading the plethora of books and playing with available toys. This house was so comfortable and extremely well stocked. The location was perfect, two circles away from SHARC and a quick walk, via trail or short cut, to Fort Fort Rock Park. Having the SHARC passes available was a HUGE plus and we took full advantage of them. I’ve stayed at Sunriver maybe 15 times in the last 30 years and this house is likely my favorite for our party size. The host was extremely communicative to our families and really made the whole trip a stress free adventure. We will be coming back and will be looking to rent the same house!

Incredible Home

We love SunRiver and loved this house. We did a 2 family gathering for a belated parents Birthday. Many 1st timers to SR. This house was the perfect fit for our group. The house is equipped with so much. Bikes (big and small), yard games, pickle ball, board games…too much to list. Can’t forget the 10 SHRAC passes. These do much more than get you in the aquatic center. The home was super clean and big. Loved the back deck. The bunk room and toy room was a huge hit with our little ones. One of my personal highlights was the responsiveness of Megan. She was so quick to respond to any questions we had. That is important to me. If you have a big group, I highly recommend Sun River and for sure recommend this beautiful home and the gracious host.

Beautiful home

Beautiful, spacious, and clean home with lots of beds, great for our large group. We had some trouble with an appliance the first night, and the host was very responsive to our needs. The hot tub was such a nice feature! Definitely recommend.

Awesome location and house!

Great experience! The house was awesome and fit all 14 of our group comfortably. The open layout of the living room/nook/kitchen area is great for a group as large as ours because it was spacious enough to fit all of us in one room. It’s easy access to Bachelor (30 minutes maybe?). Megan is also very responsive and informative! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This was a nice home in a great location with everything we needed for the weekend. It wasn't too far from the SHARC and village and was a nice short bike ride to the park. The bunk room had plenty of beds and toys and books plus a tv to keep the kids occupied. We enjoyed the bikes, pool table, hot tub, and SHARC passes and had a great time!

Perfect Getaway

We rented this gorgeous, spacious home as a place to meet up with old friends and our families. It was the perfect accommodation for us, with plenty of room for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and spotless, the pictures really don't do it justice! We especially loved the "kids" room, hot tub, ping pong and pool table, and the large backyard deck. It was also close enough for the kids to ride the bikes to the park. The owner, Megan, was friendly, communicative and very accommodating. She was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. We plan on returning next year and highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and spacious

This house was a perfect getaway. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac at the north end of the Sunriver area. The bikes in the garage helped in getting around. The hot tub was hot and easy to use. The kitchen was a good size and had enough of what you need to do lite meals. Nice big table and living room area. We'd definitely stay again.

Great Winter Getaway

This was a great house for our two families of 5 to get some time skiing, sledding, and ice skating. The common room is very spacious (fireplace is really warm!), and the bunk room was great for the middle/elementary school aged kids. Tons of games, great hot tub, And lots of little details taken care of - tons of towels, coloring supplies in kids’ room, shampoo/conditioner in all bathrooms, and coffee/kitchen basics (spices, oils, etc) were all there. Nice walk to Sunriver Village for exercise, very close to Fort Rock playground - could send kids there on their own.

I grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and created so many happy family memories in Sunriver every Winter and Summer with my family. As a mother to four young boys, I knew I wanted my own little family the opportunity to create similar memories. We love to adventure, bike, paddle board, hike, swim, ski and everything in between... we have found Sunriver is our happy place and we can't wait for all the memories ahead with family and friends. We now live in Seattle, Washington, after spending the last few years in New York City, and feel so lucky to experience this beautiful world together.

We are so happy to accommodate multiple families and friends with this home. The bunk room is great for the kids to play, while the adults have a great space to hang out... but also big enough for everyone to spend time playing, laughing, and eating all together. We feel the open concept nature of this home will help facilitate good times and great memories.
