Great house for a large family or group. Lots of bathrooms and great layout. Beds were great, it was nice to have a bathroom in almost every room and lots of towels, blankets, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. Lots of different size bikes and close to the bike path. Store within walking distance.

Perfect place for our family gathering, and the location was perfect. Just a 3 min walk to a small market for groceries and a short 30 min drive to snow park for tubing. The house was very convenient with each room having there own private bath. The host was very responsive, and would rent from them again.

This house was perfect for our big PPP group. The bedroom suite situation was excellent! The kitchen was very well stocked and all twelve of us were able to fit around the kitchen table for mealtimes and making plans. The bikes were fun, the hot tub was great, and our hosts were super easy to communicate with for a few changes that came up for us. We all wished we could have stayed longer and will probably return. I did read through many reviews before selecting this home. It was clear to us the owners care about their home and they’ve provided so much and then some to create a comfortable and convenient vacation for their guests. Some have complained about cleanliness and all I can say is not everyone is nice to rentals, and having previously lived in Bend, where we play OUTSIDE alot, I imagine by the end of summer the place might need a good cleaning, like any happy high traffic home does. However, it was clean and ready for us and our crew, and we loved our time there! One thing that’s not a complaint but just to take into account- there are lots of stairs so if you have elderly or someone who struggles with stairs just be aware of that

We had a lovely stay in this home! The bunk bed room accommodated our 5 kids well, and each room had its own bathroom to make things so much easier to split with other families. Having the pool table and hot tub made nights after skiing really easy to wind down. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had plenty of seats in living areas and dining room. Cheryl and Mike checked in on us during and before the stay and were very communicative. This home was about 30' from Mt Bachelor even during a holiday weekend (we were out of the house by 8am) so it was easy to get to and from the mountain. All in all, a great stay for a group, and we'd be happy to come back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great home in Sun River

We had a great stay in Sun River. Home was perfect size for our larger group with bunks for the kids and in suite bathrooms for each bedroom. House was clean and fully stocked. Owners were responsive and very hospitable. Great place!

Family getaway

We had plenty of room for our family of 16 making our time comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the bikes and using the passes for pickleball and the pool. Communication was great and all instructions for checking in and out were easy to follow.

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The property managers were great in communicating, the space was the perfect size, the pool table was a huge hit, we will definitely return.

Comfortable and spacious house with pool table

We enjoyed our time at the house. We played a lot of pool and had great snow conditions both up in the mountains and from the house. Being pet friendly was a big plus.

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. The boys played pool, poker and we put together a puzzle, played lots of card games and went bike riding every day! Our children prepared all the meals at the house in their well supplied kitchen. Our stay was wonderful!

We have so many wonderful memories over the years that this home has been a part of. It is just a perfectly located, perfectly laid out property for large family groups. The large lot and quiet area the house is located in are perfect for our tastes as well. Lots of privacy and rarely crowded!
