Walk to beach in 4B/4B with quick gulf access!

Escape to paradise in our family's vacation home. Completed in July 2014 and redecorated in 2023, this home was built by the previous owner. We are creating great memories with our children and are privileged to be able to share it with your family. Located on a gulf access canal and within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more, this is the perfect location to enjoy Marco Island to the fullest. Please note we allow hypo-allergenic dogs only.

Our home is outfitted with 12 foot high ceilings, comfortable furniture, wood cabinets, lots of tile and top end appliances ensuring you will be comfortable for your entire stay. Once you step inside the front door you will see a large open great room/kitchen/dining area with over 30 feet of 10 foot high sliders looking out to the heated pool and spa. The great room has a large couch and two leather swivel rockers that can face the 60” HD TV or turn to enjoy the view of the pool. The kitchen has a large island with a bar and seating for 3, as well as upgraded Bosch appliances. The dining area has a large dining table with room for 8 and is just steps away from an outdoor dining table with room for 6 more. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is tucked away beside the kitchen.

The covered lanai is perfect for outdoor living with a dining area and large seating area with a 47' HD TV. The pool is heated and also has a large spa which is heated as well. Beside the pool you will find 4 large chaise lounges for catching some sun or enjoying a relaxing book. A large propane grill with side burner is great for dinners at home. The door from the lanai leads directly to a large dock with a big area for fishing or relaxing. The dock also has a 12k boat lift.

Inside you will also find 4 large bedrooms each with 42” HD TV’s, high end pillow top mattresses and direct access to a bathroom. The large master suite has a king bed and access to the lanai as well as a large master bath with dual sinks and a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and a twin bunk bed as well as direct access to a large bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and direct access to the lanai with private access to a full bathroom with a large tiled shower.

Also included are pool toys for the kids and a door alarm system to notify you if the kids go outside. The house also includes a whole home DVR system to save your favorite shows while you are out at the beach. A DVD player is in the great room and a Bluetooth portable speaker is located by the pool. If you want to walk to the beach there are beach chairs and a wagon in the garage and plenty of beach towels. Fast WiFi internet service is set up and accessible anywhere in the house or on the lanai.
