An experience like no other. Wake up to the sounds of NASCAR and sports cars of all types. Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Mustangs and Indycars are using the track throughout the year and there are activities going on 300 days out of the year. Even on rainy days, the Ford Performance Driving school has rain tires on their Mustangs and they weave through the Roval at top speeds. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Full Kitchen and Wet bar, Washer/Dryer, 5 TVs, Cedar ceilings, exposed Steel beams, Brick walls and pine floors. No expense was spared for the jewel of the racetrack. Come experience it yourself and sleep at America's home for racing. Privacy as well. You can look down on the track and close the electric shades if you want to turn it off. The Roval is right in front of you. All of the action is right up front. Don't miss out. You must experience this once in your lifetime. Bring your family or corporate guests. They will leave impressed. The owner will give you a private tour and you will be welcomed in the Speedway club under his credentials, (If it is open due to Covid). Contact the owner with any questions. Be a part of NASCAR and feel the cars drive under you. At least one Guest must be 30 years or older. You must also provide the ages of the people traveling with you. No Proms, Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties.

We were blown away by how well-stacked the space was. We came in for a track event and the excellent view of the track was unbelievable. Our hosts were very communicative and the location was superb...no early morning drives to make drivers' meetings in the infield each day. Some other great features: an ice maker in the wet bar, updated bathrooms, plenty of towels, and really great mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Amazing spot!

Booked this to spend the night out at a show at PNC. This spot was perfect and overlooks the racetrack. Very responsive host and clean, modern space as advertised. Will definitely stay again.
