This beautiful, light and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the optimal starting point for your trip to Riga, due to its perfect location.
The apartment provides more than 70 m² of living area (entrance hall, kitchen, two bed-rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, sink, wc and bidet. All windows are facing courtyard - no street noise).

-Entrance hall: Offers a lot of space for your bags or other things.

-Bedroom 1: high ceilings and big window makes you feel just like at home. Inside there is a nice old XIX century fireplace (now it only decoration). There are a big double bed for two persons and a large table for four persons. A flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are, of course, available.

-Bedroom 2: Equipped with a big double bed, just next to the window and a comfy couch, which can be pulled out longer into additional bed. (Bed linens and towels are provided)

- Bathroom: Small wellness oasis with a bathtub, sink, wc and bidet. (Hair dryer, soap are provided)

-Kitchen: The cozy small separate kitchen with window is completely equipped (electric stove, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook. There is a small but nice eating nook.

PLEASE NOTE – there are two separate bedrooms, separate kitchen and wc - but NO living room as an extra third room in the apartment.

You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.

The apartment is Ideal for 2-5 guests. The main entrance from the facade of the building. Situated on the second floor. The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Riga’s landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many cultural activities.

10 meters - every night (20.00 - 8.00) and on Saturday-Sunday free of charge.
20 meters from house private parking Europark - 9EUR/day (08.00-20.00), night is free of charge
