Featuring four bedrooms, four baths, and over 2600 square feet of living space, this luxury property has exposed wood and metal accents for an urban mountain feel and has space to comfortably accommodate your vacation group! The huge private hot tub on the open fourth story balcony seats seven and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset and relax your sore muscles after a day on the mountain.
Enter the home through the private heated garage and hang your boots and wet gloves to dry on the professional-grade eight-pair Williams boot dryer. The first floor has plenty of storage for helmets, hats, gloves, and hooks and washer and dryer for maximum efficiency. The first-floor bedroom has two cozy twin beds and a private en suite bath. The heart of the home is the expansive open concept kitchen/dining/family room with a fireplace and two private balconies all located on the second floor. This truly unique floor plan has open spaces for large groups to gather but still hidden, intimate spots when you want to get away. The well-appointed kitchen has high-end stainless appliances, granite countertops, track lighting, and outdoor grilling that makes entertaining easy.
