Belle maison en front de mer avec six chambres / quatre salles de bain. Nouveaux matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire dans les chambres King et Queen. Profitez de la piscine chauffĂ©e, du bain Ă  remous, du quai et de la plage. SituĂ© sur Cudjoe Bay avec vue panoramique sur l'Atlantique et la baignade en eau profonde. Des kayaks sont fournis pour votre plaisir. Il y a un Ă©norme vĂ©randa pour votre plaisir Ă  manger en plein air. C'est un endroit trĂšs relaxant et magnifique. Il ya salle Ă  manger pour 12 Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  manger pour 12 sur le porche filtrĂ©. Il y a plusieurs restaurants locaux dans un rayon de 1 Ă  8 km de la propriĂ©tĂ©. La plage du parc national Bahia Honda est Ă  environ 12 km. 20 miles Ă  Key West et tout ce qu'il a Ă  offrir. La piscine est situĂ©e en front de mer avec un coin salon couvert. Vous pouvez nager et pĂȘcher du quai. Nous vous recommandons de toujours porter des chaussures d'eau pour nager dans l'ocĂ©an.

This was our first time in Cudjoe Key after 4 years in Marathon. I choose this for our family vacation (9 adults) based on the privacy and direct access to the Gulf waters. Everyone loved it! A few were apprehensive about closeness of good restaurants and stores but were pleasantly surprised with both, Winn Dixie 15 minutes away, Food Market just minutes from the house filled with any essentials we forgot. The Square Grouper restaurant was a family favorite. Plus 2 fresh fish markets supplied us with shrimp an lobster for grilling. We utilized the property to its fullest: Swimming, hot tubbing, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing from the dock, grilling fresh catches and enjoying the screened in porch for morning coffee and family board games. Even fished from the Bow Channel bridge with the bait store providing all our needs The house was well supplied with what we needed - thank you for great cooking pans, cant tell you how many rentals have awful pans.Communication with the property worked well. Thanking them for the pool heat, help resetting the breaker and having more kayak paddles to use. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great house!

We had an amazing time. PLENTY of room with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.Pool and dock access was great. Screened porch was wonderful.Only problems were some flying ants that seemed to have hatched while we were there, small bugs that would appear in the bathroom and line the tub between uses, but that's also florida. House also has a TON of towels which came in handy (but we did need some extra blankets which were sparse).Management was also very quick to respond to a problem and it was quickly solved.Thanks! We'll be back!

Great family getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious comfortable beach house. The six bedrooms suited our needs very well. The pool and the ocean view were wonderful!! The kitchen was large and spacious and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was lovely!!!

Family Retreat

This was our 2nd visit to the house. Everyone enjoyed their stay very much. We would definitely return. Amy was very responsive when we had water heater issues on Sunday. The temperature in the house made it very easy to eat and sleep. The pool temp was good for day and night use. There was a new vanity in one of the bedrooms and it appeared to have a small leak in the water piping. Recommendations - 1. The master bedroom mattress was way too soft. It should be changed. 2. The microwave and toaster oven have seen better days.

Cudjoe retreat

We have stayed here 4 times. Great house . Nice to see some renovation/ improvements made. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New mattress were great. Plenty of outdoor activities. Great place to chill either by pool or on lania.

Great location and environment

Great property at great location. 3rd year in Cudjoe Keys and second year at the compound. Super open layout with plenty of room both inside and outside. 2 opportunity for improvements - solid bedroom doors recommended. One additional blanket for each bedroom, few used large provided towels during the night. Overall, I would give 4.6 out of 5. Would stay again for sure. Thank you,

Great Waterfront Key West Home

This house was great for multiple families to have an option to hang out at the pool or do some snorkeling off the dock. Kayaks were a great addition to do a little cruising around the shores. About 20 minutes to Key West. Hot tub was a nice addition as we were down in November and the weather wasn't too hot. Kitchen was well appointed and had extra supplies for somethings we forgot. Little corner store a block over had anything else we were needed in a pinch. Would love to stay here again.

Great week!

This property was in a great location! Only 25 minutes to Bahia Honda and 25 minutes to Key West! Our family had a great week! We had just enough room for the 14 of us. The pool was great! Hot tub was great as well! We made use of the Kayaks every day! Would definitely recommend!

Summer Vacation 2024

The house was beautiful, location is great, definitely large enough for our group. On the downside for sure 2 rooms need new mattresses. I have never slept on anything so bad. The pool is a little small for a large group so wish it could have been larger and the worst thing of all a window was left open in the bottom part of the house where they store equipment which in turn allowed no-see-ems into the house and we got eat up at night. I did leave a message for the host and they were very quick about sending someone out to spray which is great and I hope the group after us doesn’t have that problem. It’s now 2 weeks later and we are still scratching bug bites 😞

Family Vacation

We had a great time at our Cudjoe Key house. The house was clean with lots of room to accommodate a family of 14. The kids, ranging from 2-17 had a great time in the pool, hot tub, fishing and kayaking. Restaurants are a short driving distance as is Key West. Had a great time and would recommend!

Great Place To Stay on Cudjoe Key!

We loved our stay at the Family Retreat! Plenty of space for everyone, and great views. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the kayaks (and the iguanas everywhere). The house was equipped with all the necessities and accoutrements for cooking. The Squared Grouper is right down the street, jet ski and boat rentals not far either. Only 20 miles to Key West, which is a MUST GO! I recommended this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with lots of amenities and FUN!

Awesome quiet place close to everything

This home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and provided ample space for 3 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Cannot say enough good about this home.

The property is great, nice location and peaceful. Had an issue with wash machine and made a phone call and was taken care of immediately. The mattresses need to be upgraded, very old, like sleeping in holes with a hump in the center. When I arrived, I also felt that the floor were very dirty, socks turned black and bare feet had sand on them. Just needs a little more tlc, otherwise beautiful and very nice especially for larger families. We enjoyed it very much, had fun in the pool and out by the docks. Nice overall!

Wonderful, quiet and relaxing

Such a great location. Away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Key West, yet close enough to visit and enjoy. Not finding a single bug in a house on the water in FL was a complete miracle! Square Grouper restaurant is only a mile away and is one of the best we have been to. Pool was clean and a wonderful way to stay cool. The screen porch could not be more perfect for morning coffee and dinner. We had a great time, and will be back

Cudjoe retreat

This is the third year we have rented and as always had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the screened lanai, and the pool is great. Guys enjoyed fishing on dock. Several good restaurants within a few miles. Square Grouper amazing. Babalu a local was great.
