Walking distance to 7 Presidents Oceanfront Park, PierVillage & restaurants. Minutes from Sea Bright, Asbury park, Red Bank & Sandy Hook. Driveway fits 2 cars (unlimited street parking). 12 beach chairs and 14 beach badges, 4 umbrellas. If interested, please provide # of guests that will be at the property at all time and reasoning for your trip. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Minimum 25yrs older to book. Only those listed are allowed at the property. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, you’re welcome to use the foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

Incredible Stay!

Couldn’t have had a better experience at this property, it was spacious and clean and comfortable for all of us. The backyard was amazing, check in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating!

The house is beautiful and looks as good as the pictures. The owner is responsive to every message and super helpful. The area felt safe. The house location was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the area stores.

The home was lovely, in excellent condition and had a great kitchen, backyard and the rooms were spacious. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the grill, they actually replaced it for us the next morning so our evening dinner barbecue could happen. They had all the beach and kitchen accessories we could think of. A great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay

We traveled to NJ for our son's wedding and stayed at the house for 4 days with our grown children and grandchild. Everthing was very clean and very homey. Close to beach and within walking distance to town. Host was very nice; checking in with us to make sure all was as expected. Great place! Would highly recommend.

We loooved the house when we stayed for Thanksgiving with our family. It was very clean, spacious, close to the beach and communication with the owner was really great. We would stay there every time, if we could.

Great Location

The location was perfect for us to get around to where we needed and the host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself was perfect with its open floor plan, fenced in back yard, and quiet street.
