PRIME LOCATION with a beautiful brand new IN GROUND POOL! Updated immaculate home located in the heart of Point Pleasant Beach across from Lake Louise. Central air & washer/dryer. No need for a car as you are 1/2 block to boardwalk, beach, aquarium, Jenkinsons, Martells and numerous restaurants. Train station close by.

This updated home is perfect for your beach vacation with a fenced in yard. 3/4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, completely stocked Kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, 6 beach badges included with your stay, and parking for 2 cars. Baby pool and pack and play for you to use during your stay. Enter the ground level front door to a spacious foyer which leads to a family room, full bath w/walk-in shower, laundry and sliding glass door to backyard; all can accommodate those with no-step living needs or separate quarters from others. Head up a few steps to updated kitchen w/SS appl, granite counters & sliding glass doors to large, fenced backyard, patio and grill. Open living room and dining room are very spacious . A few more steps up to 3 bedrooms and renovated bath with tub.

We just updated the entire place and have high cleaning standards for our guests. And have expanded our cleaning protocols to give you increased comfort.

Amazing home and location!

This home was PERFECT for our vacation! The close proximity to be able to walk to Jenkinson’s beach and boardwalk was amazing. Owners generously provided street parking passes and beach badges, as well as basic house items like dish soap, paper towels, etc. All bedrooms and home furnishings are comfortable and clean. I was worried being so close to Jenk’s the neighborhood would be loud but it was very quiet both during the week and the weekend. Washer/dryer is new and large capacity (perfect for sheets and all those beach towels) and the fenced in backyard is great for keeping kids/pets corralled. We had zero issues during our stay. Bottom line is this is a lovely, comfortable home and I hope to rent again next season!!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There were many pics and they matched what we got.

It was an amazing location very close to the beach snd all that Point Pleasant has to offer. The hosts were very communicative and we had a great stay. Lots of room- we didn’t even use the downstairs area. I was worried it would be noisy due to the proximity to the boardwalk but no issues at all. Big backyard. Rally nice stay!

The home was very comfortable and nice

I would stay here again as it is very conveniently located close to beach and boardwalk- 5 min walk. Loved the 8 beach passes provided as well as the 5 parking passes for parking on the street as it is a busy area, especially on the weekends. However, i would have loved to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as most homes provide this and it's difficult to travel with these items. You must provide your own linens and I guess this is typical now bc of Covid.

Great location, very comfortable house!

We had a lovely stay here! Family was gathering from many parts of the world and we were so comfortable in the house. Plenty of bed space for our teenagers too! 2 sitting rooms meant there was always a quiet space when needed. Kitchen had everything, dining room was just the right size and the big couch was great for gathering together. The beach and parking passes saved us any potential hassles and expense (we were surprised to see the adult daily pass was $11-12 and thankful we didn’t have to buy them!). Beach access was a short walk away and the boardwalk right there! Between the boardwalk and inlet there were plenty of restaurants and gelato / ice cream within walking distance. The landlord was very communicative and accommodating. We’d rent here again in the future!

Perfect spot

Cozy house in the perfect location with easy walking access to beach and boardwalk. Great fenced in backyard for relaxing and letting our dog run free. Couldn't have asked for more.
