Welcome Home! Come relax and unwind during your summer beach retreat. Ease into your vacation and experience the tranquility of the long sandy beaches lining Saco Bay. Our renovated home offers many comforts and conveniences including two living rooms, an eat in family kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms, and two baths. After a fun day of beach activities, enjoy serene evenings listening to the waves on the large back deck, take a short walk into the village of Ocean Park for dinner and dessert, or head to Portland or Portsmouth for all those cities have to offer.
Weekly rentals run 2PM Saturday to 10AM Saturday.
Cottage on back lot owner occupied.

Perfect Beach vacation

This home is perfect for a large family beach vacation. 5 large bedrooms with two bathrooms. Everything you need to enjoy meals with a large family. lots of good off street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Kinney Shores! Robb and Linda were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the house itself was spotless when we arrived. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The thoughtful touch of fresh flowers was such a warm surprise and made us feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better! Just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. Overall, this rental was perfect for our getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful two weeks here. The home is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The walk to the beach is very safe and close. Beautiful, clean beach and so convenient to everthing. I highly recommend this property, the owner is very easy to deal with and helpful.

Another great week!

Our second time staying in this house, and it was just as great as the first time. Everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach, especially when the weather didn't cooperate. It has all the necessities to be comfortable and just relax!

We had anothrr wonderful two weeks at this lovely home. The convenience to the beach and attractions is perfect. The home is extremely clean and well equipped and so comfortable to stay in. The owners are so lovely and accomodating. They even gave my grandsons boogie bosrds to use for their stay. Since we all fly in it was very much appreciated.

Exactly what we needed! Space, location and amenities!

We've stayed in several houses throughout the area, this was by far the best so far! It has a great setup with a lot of space & bedrooms, which nicely fit our group of 7. It is very clean, well taken care of and stocked for all the necessities. It is also perfectly located near the beach and Old Orchard/Ocean park. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

My family and I have been traveling to this area for many years. This house was the perfect size for us, and had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to the beach was great.
