Description--
Beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath Victorian in West Oakland. Perfect for visiting Oakland, San Francisco & the surrounding Bay Area! Centrally located-- 10 min drive to San Francisco, 0.7 miles to West Oakland Bart, 1.5 miles to Downtown Oakland, 2 miles to Jack London Square & Lake Merritt. All brand new amenities-- including dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, desks, king-size bed, and a comfy couch. Quiet and very well-insulated, perfect for working from home! Lovely backyard patio. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.

The Space--
A completely remodeled 1896 Victorian duplex in West Oakland. It is a beautiful historic building made out of Redwood. Located in the Prescott neighborhood with quiet & lovely neighbors. Walking distance to all that West Oakland has to offer. Walking distance to coffee shops, brunch spots, and lots to do outdoors. Happy to share more details on our favorite places nearby!

Christmas vacation

This was definitely one of the best properties I ever rented, and the host is the best , we definitely rent this place again in our next trip to san pancho

Pandemic reunion

This was a very nice & comfortable apartment. It provided good outdoor space to visit with our family. The location is well situated to take full advantage of all the activities the bay area has to offer. Street parking was accessible and fairly easy to come by. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Stayed here with a coworker while attending a meeting at the conference center. The place was really nice and the host has really thought of everything. We always felt safe in the apartment but at night we preferred to uber instead of walking. We would stay here again for the next conference

Super accessible

Great house to rent for the price when you are bouncing between SF and East Bay. Even during "rush hour" it only took 20-30 minutes to get to downtown SF. It wasn't clear in the listing that it is one of two units of a duplex. Neighborhood is great there's a park/playground 100feet from the house which was great since we were traveling with a toddler. Would stay here again when visiting the Bay Area.

Used as jump off point for San Francisco

This was a great option for my Dad, best friend and I's San Francisco trip. We were able to walk about a mile to the bart station and get into the city easily. The street the home is on is nice but the surrounding blocks are a little sketch. Felt safe in home and parking on the street but wouldn't want to walk the neighborhood at night to get to the bart so we just Ubered back, still cheaper than paying parking in the city. And Street parking at the home was free. Yasmine is great, super friendly and super accommodating. Would consider staying again for another trip.

Spring Break

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable, like staying in a new house. The street it is on was very quiet and right next to a playground. We enjoyed our time in San Fransisco even more because of staying there.
