Cette magnifique salle de bain 2 chambres 1 est au coeur d'Alameda. Promenade facile à la plage d'Alameda, au centre commercial de la Rive-Sud et aux restaurants de Park Street. Un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à l'arrêt du ferry et vous serez à San Francisco! Situé dans une rue calme. Peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Pas d'animaux, désolé!

La chambre principale a un lit Queen Size et un téléviseur. Deuxième chambre avec un lit double et un canapé futon qui se déplie. Le matelas pneumatique est disponible et emballer et jouer pour les bébés. Salle de bain et cuisine récemment rénovées.

Coin salon avec un canapé confortable, cheminée facile à utiliser, télévision par câble, accès Internet wifi dans toute la propriété. Laveuse et sécheuse communes au sous-sol. Terrasse à l'arrière partagée (accès par la deuxième chambre). Stationnement dans la rue seulement.

We had a wonderful stay. The listing was exactly as listed and the owners add very thoughtful details like fresh flowers, bottled water, snacks and sweets. House was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and we loved how stocked it was. The snacks provided were an extra perk! The house is in a great walkable area and made for a short walk to local restaurants. The host was very communicative and responsive. Overall, we would stay here again!

Property is in excellent condition and beautifully decorated and furnished. Host has provided all of the ameneties for a very comfortable stay. Excellent location. This is a repeat stay for us and will definitely be staying again when visiting the bay area.

What a great place! When we return to visit our son and grandson we will stay right here. The unit was excellent, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully outfitted and our host had it stocked with snacks, water, fresh bananas, etc.. Absolutely great location for us. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, cafes, etc.. The only challenge and it wasn't a huge deal, was parking. We always found a spot to park, but it wasn't always close, it was usually a block or two away. But as I said, not a big deal. Thanks for the great stay!

This cute place had everything we needed to feel at home while visiting San Francisco for spring break. It was clean and spacious with both snacks and toiletries available for use. Keep in mind the on site parking mentioned is actually on street parking and it is hard to find a spot on weekends/events. We had to park several blocks away when we first arrived on a Saturday, which was not ideal, but when a spot in front opened up, we were able to snag it and since we were using public transit, we just left it there and that worked out. Other than that, it was a great stay and Jillian was responsive anytime I reached out to her. Would stay here again!

Amazing location, thoughtful owner

Jillian and the home were fantastic. We stayed for two weeks, the bathroom and kitchen are modern. The towels are plush, linens are clean, beds are comfy. We literally had everything we needed. They even left amazing flowers for us in the entry way upon arrival. When we come back, we will be reaching out for another reservation!

Perfect for a family with kids

We had a lovely stay, perfect place for small kids (age 3 - 4), we were pleasantly surprised by the provided toys, games and other amenities.Only downside is parking: there is no onsite parking (only item listed that is missing) and street-parking can be hard to find nearby at most times.This didn’t affect our experience at all though. Would recommend!

True to Its Word

It really was "a perfect place in Alameda"! The unit was spacious and immaculate. The host made us feel welcome with so many personal touches, including fresh flowers in the hallway, an array of snacks in the kitchen, and wine in the refrigerator. We walked to nearby Park Street and the beach. It was a perfect location!

AMAZING! The perfect place!!

Any amenities that you can think of was provided. After a long plane trip, it was so nice to arrive to refreshments. There was nothing that was lacking. Very clean, very safe and super comfortable. I will never stay any where else next time I am in the area. Less than one mile to the beach and less than one mile to Park Street where there were several great restaurants. Super walkable, too. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Omg what a great place

This was probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel the world because I used to work for an airline). The host stocked enough tp, paper towels, napkins for our stay as well as a few weeks worth of coffee! Plus it was cool and shaded so during the heat waves we were fine. Plus the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked and the tv big. Walking distance to everything. Marvelous, simply marvelous.

Great time in Alameda

We were in town visiting my dad at a senior living facility and needed somewhere to stay for five days. We could not have been happier with our VRBO rental. Everything was better than expected and the house was very well equipped and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and probably will. The owner was very quick to respond to a couple of my questions. We has zero issues.

Perfect Home Away from Home on Alameda

This property was exactly as advertised! Jillian keeps a very clear binder of instructions, and is very responsive to messages if you can’t figure something out. Plenty of space to settle in while we visited our son who works on the island. Kitchen was stocked with water and snacks and coffee and even a bottle of wine. Great laundry in the basement. Didn’t really use the back patio this time, but we enjoyed sitting out in the front yard in a sunny evening. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location, close to the beach and walking distance to the wonderful and quaint downtown area on Park Ave. The accommodations are perfect!
