It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Rent a bike or walk the fun streets we are excited to have you in the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville.

We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 south. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, hve a drink and people watch, we have seat set up for you on our balcony. Come enjoy our place. You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

12South is one of Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods, and it’s growing like crazy! With that growth comes a little hustle and bustle, so you may hear or see some of the action during your stay. Think construction, neighborhood events, live music, busy streets, and the occasional sounds of Nashville life!
You’re staying right in the heart of 12South, which means you’re close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and fun that make this neighborhood so popular. The trade-off? Sometimes the neighborhood can be lively!
Please keep in mind that we cannot control noise, construction, private or public events, or other activity happening outside of the building. This is a multifamily community, and building ownership manages the amenities, common areas, and shared spaces.
We’ll take care of everything we can control inside your apartment to make sure it’s clean, comfortable, and ready for a great Nashville stay.

We've wanted to stay at this location for a long time. This is a perfect area because it's only a short distance to downtown Nashville and other landmarks. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely rent here again.

Great little getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay in 12 South! Property was very clean, comfortable and had great amenities for my husband and I. Downtown Nashville is so busy and this area is AWESOME if you're done with the crazy bar scene. All restaurants, shops and bars are fantastic and so walkable. Highly recommend and will definitely try to stay again on our next visit!

Super cute apartment in the heart of 12 South. Lots to do and central to everything Nashville has to offer! The apartment is well maintained and has everything you’ll need, down to the coffee creamer. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!
