This place is great. Convenient location, easy to get downtown and close enough to walk to Centenial park. The building and unit were clean, and the communication and instructions were all great. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville.

I have ZERO complaints. Very clean, super modern and cute. Very close to downtown. Ubers were only like 10 to get there and back. Fast food places near by for quick bite to eat. And I really liked the huge couch 10/10 comfy lol. loved it and would absolutely come again.

The property was very well maintained the apartment was beautiful and clean. The only drawback would be communicating in the listing that there are no real areas to walk to in that area, which was a little disappointing, but Uber can get you anywhere and getting in and out of the gated area was easy for those folks so that I appreciate it.

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a great stay here! Walking distance from A lot of great restaurants and a bit of a walk to Broadway or the gulch or a short Uber! Host was able to accommodate an early checkin and late checkout! We loved the character of this condo :)
