HipNautic - Destin Gulfgate 0502!

Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the emerald coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This large condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom with a shower/tub combo in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen has been completely redesigned and is truly like no other! With new cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen you’ll have anything you need to enjoy a come cooked meal. Full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. This condo includes covered, reserved parking.

Spring Golf and Beach Trip

This unit is elegant and very spacious! Excellent and secure location with convenient access to the beach, pool, and fitness center. The balcony is huge with excellent views of the beach and ocean. Easily one of the largest and most beautiful units in Destin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this condo - nicely designed, comfortable. As senior citizens, we found the furniture in the living room comfortable enough, though a little hard to get out of - we are used to our home furnishings, which are a little taller to help with this. My chief complaint is the TV arrangement. Operating the wall mounted TV proved a constant challenge for us. We were unable to access anything but standard cable TV - no Netflix, Max, YouTube, etc. Standard cable is something we watch only for sports. Otherwise, we love being here.

Bed was so comfortable, gonna get a mattress for our home just like it! Living room furniture comfortable - if I have one criticism, it is the TV cable hookup - very complicated to use. We stream almost everything, and it wasn't easy to get the TV off of the cable and over to the streaming apps. But man, this place is hard to beat for us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Unit 502, which was very nice. The balcony furniture is the best we have ever seen at a rental condo! The Gulfgate staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend two things: The living room TV needs written, specific instructions. With three remotes it took us three days to figure it out. It's a combination of two of the remotes. The second item we suggest is to add grab bars in both showers. We're mid-seventies and would have felt more comfortable having those. Otherwise this is a wonderful unit. We always enjoy going to the Back Porch Restaurant. Our favorite restaurant, though, is the Donut Hole, just up the road toward the Harbor. We did not make it there for breakfast, which we understand is awesome. We did have lunch there. I had the French dip and potato salad. Both were the best I've ever had.

The property's beach is one of the most private around. Rent comes with two chairs, an umbrella and a covered parking spot. It is walking distance to great restaurants and the Arcade, which our children enjoyed. The owners of this property seem to really care. We loved it and plan to come back.
