Find yourself living the mountain town lifestyle in this beautiful condo boasting a spacious floor plan, fun decor, and scenic views of the water/mountains from the private balcony! Regardless of the time of year you choose to visit, there will be something for everyone to enjoy, as the complex offers a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna for guest use while being mere steps from the lifts. After a full day of fun, guests will love playing a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV as the fireplace flickers nearby. Not to mention, the chef of the group can whip up some comfort food in the full kitchen that features a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a wine cooler. And, there is no better way to end each dreamy day than watching the sun go down with a glass of wine as you reminisce with loved ones on the balcony.

The skiers of the group will be spoiled at Main Street Station 1208 with access to the lifts mere steps away. Best of all, the beginners and experts in the group will have just as much fun with a wide variety of runs for all experience levels. Sitting on Main Street also has its perks, as you can simply walk to the many restaurants, breweries, and shops in town within minutes. Summer months will uncover the wonderful hiking and biking trails as well including Spruce Creek Trail (four miles from home base).

There is one allowed parking spot located in the underground garage. Additional and oversized vehicle parking options are not available onsite; overnight pay parking is available in the town's Ice Rink and Airport Road parking lots.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Place was nice and clean. Views were good from balcony. Check-in was a little weird because keycard did not work and I had to walk all the way back to the front desk which was quite a distance to get a new one. Also the bedroom does not have a TV which many people won’t mind but my husband uses a CPAP and I need the background noise of a TV to fall asleep to distract from his CPAP machine.

Got an email 48 hours before check-in that most of the amenities were closed for renovation. I get that it's the off-season - but they planned this in advance but didn't communicate the closure until it was too late. In addition, coffee maker was non-operational. Outaide of that, it was so-so.

Great location

Property is cozy and is in a great location. Property management did not respond to loud beeping noise until 3rd day of our stay. Coffee maker had wrong size pot and so could not use coffee machine. On the last day of our stay, the property management entered the villa and left a new coffee maker on the countertop. My Ray Ban sunglasses went missing from the same countertop where coffee maker was left. I reported to the front desk about missing sunglasses. Very disappointed that the management entered Villa without me knowing because I requested a call from them to make arrangements prior to entering Villa.

Overall wonderful spot!

Really enjoyed the condo and location. Had 1 problem with kitchen appliances and reached out to managers about that. They asked for pics so ai sent. Then asked if I would like them to fix the problem. I said yes. They didnt do anything for an entire week. Guess it wasn't important enough for them.

Great Location

This unit is centrally located in the heart of Breckenridge which was lovely. The unit was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. For my fellow coffee lovers, I would recommend you either bring your own or take a quick walk to Coffee Depot to get your morning coffee fix!

Getaway weekend in Breckenridge

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Breckenridge. We had a great time and staying at Mountain Oasis was PERFECT. Just the right size, super clean and the location was perfect! With it being located right on Main St we walked everywhere. Would defined stay here again!!!

Summer Stay

Summers in Breck are amazing and this condo's location/amenities were the perfect way to enjoy it! The unit is roomy and well appointed. Having a separate bedroom is a huge plus vs other efficiencies in the area. We'll definitely look to stay here again next time.

Pre weekend getaway.

Nice property. Only issue was a few days after the reservation was made, we got notified that the elevator was down for repairs and would not be working during our stay. Other than that, it was a nice place. Not as expensive compared to other properties in the same location. This is a property managed by VACASA and we were charged a fee from VRBO for 3rd party. I would recommend booking straight with VACASA instead of using VRBO to save the additional fee.
