Springtime Mountain Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for my wife and me. The fact it is pet friendly is nice too as we were able to bring our dog along. It's in a great location in the North part of Breckenridge. The kitchen is small but quite enough for us. While two more people could sleep on the sofa, it would be snug. We are interested in renting this property again in a year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a superb experience with Summit Mountain Rentals in 2025. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the property was delightful.Based on that experience, we rented the same unit for August and September 2026.Once again, the unit was clean and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and responsive.Unfortunately, because we were there to work & hike, reliable internet was essential, and the unit’s internet was not operational. We reported the problem immediately, and Summit Mountain Rentals made multiple attempts over the next month to resolve it, without success. Instead, we were forced to make the 200 mile round trip to our Denver home for HIPAA & FERPA compliant online meetings.We ultimately canceled our September stay and requested a refund. Although the internet was apparently repaired on our final day, it was too late for our needs. Summit Mountain Rentals agreed to the refund, but the amount received was $400+ less than expected. When we questioned the difference, we were told it represented "undisclosed" fees that had not previously been explained. Not a cancellation fee, just undisclosed. It is solely because of this "undisclosed" $400-plus deduction that we will not rent from Summit Mountain Rentals again.

Great condo, wonderful location

This was a really cute, clean and comfortable condo in a fantastic location. It was a short walk to the gondola to get to the slopes and right in the heart of town too, but set back so it felt quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely staying here again!

We loved our stay here! So close to the gondola for skiing but restaurants are a block or two away. Cozy set-up with a nice sitting area and good kitchen. Loved the gas fireplace on the bitterly cold days!

Perfect spot for downtown Breck

Located on the north end of Main Street, this spot is just close enough to all the action while still being quiet and peaceful. It's cozy to be sure, but we spend as much time as possible outside while in Breck. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Wonderful cozy place! We really enjoyed our stay. I wish the jetted tub was a two person but it’s still nice that there is a jetted tub even though it’s a one person.

The perfect little spot

We stayed here during the fall and loved it! The location is perfect for someone who’s interested in being close to all the shops and restaurants. Surrounded by aspens so this spot is perfect during leaf peeping season! The place is quite small so more than 2 people would be super tight but for a couples getaway this place is perfect.

Great hang out!

I stayed alone in this flat after dropping off our son at his new job in the front range. Great location to ride Breck and explore town. Perfectly situated 5 minutes from Daylight Donuts! Clean flat with plenty of room to kick back and relax. Would stay here again.
