Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this condo in Breckenridge, CO. The space was immaculately clean, and the host’s communication was excellent—everything was clear, timely, and made our stay stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. It was the perfect fit for our family of three, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge—especially families looking for a convenient and cozy home base in the mountains!

Over all a good experience but there were a few things that could have made it better. GoodLocation is good. Parking is nice Bed comfy. Plenty of supplies.Not so good. Check in can be a hassle at 4pm. Limited parking at front. Can’t wait there so show up when room is confirmed ready. Parking is not free and an added expense. Desk did know for sure how much but needed credit card. But what do you do at that point. Im almost afraid to look. Pool and hot tub are a hike outside and in poor condition. Wasn’t the dirtiest rental ever, but we did have to do some cleaning, chips and crumbs on floor, counters in kitchen and bathroom had not been wiped down in some time. Take Clorox wipes. Definitely not ski in ski out. Can’t bring skis in unit. Valet is ok but just another walk.

This was a great place to base our stay, with easy access to the mountain and town. The unti was clean and well-equipped, and the boot dryer was a nice bonus.

Great condo. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed Breckenridge Oktoberfest. Only down side is that the unit faces onto Main Street. A very loud club with a DJ is located across the street. Lots of noise until 2am. We would not stay in this unit again.

Thanks for staying with us Jane and for your review and feedback. We do provide box fans for windows, which in summer drown out the street noise and help with cooling the unit. With the windows closed, you should not hear any noise. I'm sorry you had trouble with this, since you were getting snow I thought you'd have windows closed or I would have told you about the fans.

Location was even better than expected. So close to the lift and rentals. Free ski valet included with property rental. Excellent layout and very well stocked. Bed was comfortable, as was the couch bed.

For our first time in Breckenridge, this was the most ideal location. Quiet and away from the noise, but a short elevator ride down one floor to all the shops, restaurants, etc.

Host very responsive and unit as advertised. The ski valet was a bonus since you can’t bring gear into the unit. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Five stars all around! The location was perfect with super easy access to ski school and peak 9. Shops and restaurants are just steps away as well. The condo had everything we needed, plus nice touches like robes and humidifiers. We look forward to returning.

Weekend Family Getaway

This sweet little condo was perfect from the location to the amenities. We absolutely did not want to leave! All the comforts of home and walkable to pretty much anything. Our daughter said the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! We would highly recommend staying here!

We take pride in having a well stocked kitchen with all of the tools you need to make a delicious dinner when you don't want to go out. We have a boot/glove dryer which is vital to enjoying your activities with warm dry feet and hands! You'll enjoy the amenities such as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs and pool but especially this location as you likely won't need to use your car once you arrive! Please note for late season (April) bookings, the peak 9 lift may close depending on snow conditions and you may need to take the free town bus a couple of stops to the gondola.
