Luxury Ski In/Out Condo~Parking~Pool~ Hot Tub~ Best Location!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Great Stay in July!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this condo in Breckenridge, CO. The space was immaculately clean, and the host’s communication was excellent—everything was clear, timely, and made our stay stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. It was the perfect fit for our family of three, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge—especially families looking for a convenient and cozy home base in the mountains!

Great condo. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed Breckenridge Oktoberfest. Only down side is that the unit faces onto Main Street. A very loud club with a DJ is located across the street. Lots of noise until 2am. We would not stay in this unit again.

Best location ever

For our first time in Breckenridge, this was the most ideal location. Quiet and away from the noise, but a short elevator ride down one floor to all the shops, restaurants, etc.

Weekend Family Getaway

This sweet little condo was perfect from the location to the amenities. We absolutely did not want to leave! All the comforts of home and walkable to pretty much anything. Our daughter said the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

Five stars all around! The location was perfect with super easy access to ski school and peak 9. Shops and restaurants are just steps away as well. The condo had everything we needed, plus nice touches like robes and humidifiers. We look forward to returning.

Great location

This was the second year in a row we stayed at this condo. We love the proximity to Main Street and the short walk to Quiksilver. Had a couple of minor issues which Carissa fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here the next trip to Breck.

Breckenridge holds our hearts and this condo is in the perfect location to enjoy the Colorado mountains with the nightlife and amenities of town right outside the door! We are happy to share our special place with others and hope you enjoy creating lasting memories here too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We take pride in having a well stocked kitchen with all of the tools you need to make a delicious dinner when you don't want to go out. We have a boot/glove dryer which is vital to enjoying your activities with warm dry feet and hands! You'll enjoy the amenities such as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs and pool but especially this location as you likely won't need to use your car once you arrive! Please note for late season (April) bookings, the peak 9 lift may close depending on snow conditions and you may need to take the free town bus a couple of stops to the gondola.
