Hello Laurette, The listing clearly stated there was no cable TV. The listing shows that we provide Wi-Fi and access to various streaming networks. Yes, we did have a problem with the extender of the Wi-Fi. The apartment is solid concrete walls, without an extender the Wi-Fi will not work properly. Once we figured out that it was the extender was not working properly we fix the situation. I apologize for the safe not working. The previous client hadn't informed us of any problem with the safe. We tried to obtain a locksmith to fix it but unfortunately, because it is a digital/mechanical, safe, it proved to be challenging to find someone adequate to fix it. We are replacing the safe this summer. I understand the lamps were a point of contention for you, however, all the bedrooms provide more than adequate lighting. You are our first client to ever complain about lamps or lighting. This is the first time I am hearing that one of the three bathrooms did not have hot water, I will have that rectified immediately. I know it might not seem this way, but the towels are less than a year old. unfortunately well, I should say fortunately, I asked the cleaning lady to use bleach on the linens to ensure that the linens are disinfected properly between use. I will admit that it does damage, my decorative towels. However, I rather the linens be disinfected properly. Take care, Iris
