Completely repainted, new carpet, new full-size bed, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, spice rack in the kitchen for your cooking needs. 2-bedrooms/ 1-Kingsize/1-full-size and the sofa makes another bed. 2-full-size bathrooms in each bedroom. You will enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. Fully furnished and ready for your vacation fun in the sun. Lagoon pool, parking garage,restaurant, coffee shop, tennis courts, gym, basketball court, grills outside area for cooking & so much more.

Please do not hang anything on the balcony railing it will blow off. Put wet clothing and towels in the bathrooms not on the furniture.
Trash shoot is the door on the left near the two elevators on each hall. Please no boxes, bring those downstairs in the dumpsters. Have fun

This condo was a great decision. Everything went smooth from booking, to checking in, staying there and checking out was a breeze also! The owner was very sweet! The condo had all the basic necessities & even some extras… Can’t wait to visit Destin & stay here again!

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean as well as the entire building. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach and we took the shuttle they provide when we didn't feel like walking. Within walking distance to restaurants as well. We stayed during July 4th and had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony!

Perfect Vacation!

The beds were definitely so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need to meal prep or make quick snacks for the beach. The location is perfect and the host was perfect and made communication very easy. Definitely will come back and stay again

Wonderful condo

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at the Palms of Destin. This particular room was very beautiful. The view was gorgeous. If you love sunset views this is definitely the condo for you. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice and answered our messages/questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Overall area was nice family friendly, room filled with roaches and water leak

I loved the condo, pool, shuttle bus and family friendly area, but room was not clean. It did not have cleaning supplies. It did not have trashbags or board games as listed. It had broken broom and no laundry detergent. I have pictures of roach spray under cabinet and kitchen was filled with roaches. There was an issue with broken dishwasher and we had water leak all over carpets. The balcony was not clean and dead roaches in Walmart bag of sand toys. We cleaned up the place but had to leave early due to water leak brought out more roaches.

Wow, this is unfortunate that the guest did not enjoy her stay! We have a great cleaner and never had any complaints. We have always been 5 stars on here and the other rental app. It’s very important to us to keep our investments up and have guest enjoy their stay. After day 3 of this arrival we continued to get complaints and tried everything possible to make her happy. The dishwasher was not broken, the condo was not dirty, the broom was broken after this guest checked out. She complained about no cleaning supply, we have only a started package in the condo for guest. Once you run out you have to get own. We sent our bug man to the room as soon as we could. It wasn’t infested with roaches although there were a few she sent pictures of. It completely caught us by surprise, she wanted free stuff. She was happy to take a $100 we sent her and she also wanted us to give her free night stays for this Labor Day to come back and stay again. As for the water damage we had, it was from the kitchen faucet handle being jerked out and disconnected from the line under the sink. In return that flooded our new carpet in the condo & the kitchen. It wasn’t from the dishwasher. The guest also let me know she has her own cleaning business and all she did was clean while there! I’m sorry she didn’t spend time with her family. We tried everything we could do to please her.And we really don’t want her back again in our condos. We had 5 star reviews before and after her stay. And we strive to make everything perfect for our guest. It’s very sad this one we could not please.

Amazing all around!

From the time we booked our stay to the time we left the communication was amazing! Mary was in contact a week or so before our stay with all the info we needed. She was then in contact the day or to make sure we got in without any issues. She was was just very quick to respond...It didn't matter if it was earlier in the morning or 9pm, she was very quick to respond! Not only was the communication great the condo was great too! Let me start buy saying we are a family of 6! We have 4 kids from 14 to 1yr and we were all able to fit comfortably. It was very clean and had everything you needed to have a great start to your vacation and beyond! The location was great as well, not it the middle of the all the busy but not so far out that you feel like you are missing out. Pool is great! We spent A LOT of time there. I think the scariest thing about booking a place online is being able to get in contact with the owner and if the place actually looks as nice as the pictures, and this place was 5 starts in both areas. We will definitely be coming back and booking with them again! Thank you!

Resort amenities close to the beach

Overall, we loved staying in this listing. It was my husband, sister and 5 yo son. The two bedrooms were perfect for us (although fair warning - it looks like the pictures but the second bedroom is very small and shares the laundry closet) and we were able to utilize the kitchen to prep snacks and lunches for our beach days. It was an easy 10 min walk to the beach - we took our beach wagon and had no issues. We ended up renting chairs from one of the beach vendors on our second day since we were at the beach all day. The resort was pricey with their food and drinks (not entirely unexpected) so we did not buy anything from there. Target was a quick drive (without having to get on the main road - definite plus!) and we had brought a lot of our own groceries. We even did door dash and met them outside the building. The pool was nice but did have a lot of tree debris (leaves, bark, etc) in it but since there were a lot of pop up storms during our stay, we had expected. Overall we were very happy with this location and the hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again!

Summer Vacation 2022

This was such a fantastic place to stay, Mary our host was exceptional. The pool was beautiful our view was beautiful. Very clean and enough room for our group of 6. Easy walk to beach or shuttle is available to take you and pick you up. I will be back.

Location and views are perfect

We had such a wonderful experience. The pools were amazing for both adults and kiddos. The stroll to the beach was just the right distance. Good exercise and easy walk. And the restaurants on the resort were great. Look forward to coming back. Mary was wonderful to work with, if we had any questions she was right on it

Better than imagined

This was such a fantastic place to stay with exceptional hosts! They were knowledgeable and quick to reply. And I had many questions, lol. We stayed 4 nights, and it was so much fun, I asked Mary if she had anything available for another night! The hosts themselves made the stay wonderful, but the condo also had so many perks!! THE POOL! WOW! It is even better than pictured. My only advice would be to book an extra day of two, because you will have much more fun than you think you will!!! The coffee shop also has great coffee, try the Palms.

My day was good but the bed was so comfortable and I appreciated that I knew I was going to get a great sleep and I did as did my partner I personally don’t have my housekeeper there to clean up when our day began showing edown and i was a little stressed about perfection im not a house keeper and on vacation I want NOTHING at all to have any problem will or most likely we each have mm dfw priorities
